With 22 featured films being produced by the company, audiences have witnessed some scary and monstrous villains come out of Pixar's colorful imagination. Considering the movies are aimed towards children, it's surprising that no one has been traumatized by the villains - especially when one sees just how inhumane and devious they can be.

Most of the time, these bad guys end up getting their comeuppance in the end, either going to jail or suffering lifelong humiliation. However, sometimes the viewers cannot help but think the punishments weren't severe enough and the deviants got off too lightly. Here are just a few examples of characters who deserved harsher consequences.

Jackson Storm (Cars 3)

Jackson Storm was introduced as the primary antagonist of Cars 3. In this film, Storm makes it clear that he isn't there to make any friends. He was arrogant, disrespectful, and very self-absorbed. Due to his pursuit for glory, Storm was also seen to be extremely dangerous and would put others at risk to achieve his goals.

An example of this being in the final race when Storm tries to undermine Cruz and run her into the wall. While some would think the humiliation is enough, it doesn't seem right that he goes unpunished for almost running her off road. He should have been banned from further competitions.

Lotso (Toy Story 3)

As everyone knows, Lotso was the prime antagonist of Toy Story 3. The viewers first met him back in 2010 when Woody and the other toys arrived at Sunnyside Daycare. At first, Lotso appeared to be a kind and friendly person, warmly greeting the group and showing them around the place. However, the viewers discovered he was anything but.

Eventually, Lotso got his comeuppance when he found himself tied up on the front grille of a garbage truck. Yet, this seemed too lenient and even comical considering he was being admired and loved by the nostalgic garbage man. It would have been better if he fell into a sewer or got dumped at a tip.

Syndrome (The Incredibles)

Syndrome was another villain who deserved a far worse ending than the one he got. Although he ended up getting killed after his cape got caught in the turbine, this seemed far too swift for the fans' liking.

For one, Syndrome should have faced justice after he murdered several superheroes to advance his schemes. Syndrome should have also been made to face the courts after he caused a lot of destruction and damages in the city. The public and the supers' families all deserved to know what he did and how corrupt his business was.

Stinky Pete (Toy Story 2)

In Toy Story 2fans were blindsided when the film revealed Stinky Pete was a secret villain all along. Obsessed with being memorialized and his vendetta against children who left him to collect dust on a shelf, the Prospector did everything he could to prevent Woody from going home to Andy.

However, he gets his comeuppance when he gets picked up by a young girl who gives her toys makeovers. Still, it's not much of a punishment as Pete only wanted someone to appreciate him - which he will get with Emily. It would have been better if he did end up in a landfill.

Dean Hardscrabble (Monsters University)

Although some may believe Dean Hardscrabble isn't the traditional Pixar villain, they may change their mind once they remember how derisive and patronizing she was. Right from the get-go, Hardscrabble made it clear she didn't like Mike and Sulley, undermining their talents and self-esteem with every chance she got.

She even made them doubt their worth so much that Sulley and Mike risked their lives just to prove themselves to her. As a result, her negligence caused a huge scandal at the University. For this alone, she should have lost her position as the Dean at the very least.

Gabby Gabby (Toy Story 4)

In Toy Story 4, Gabby Gabby was seen to be the antagonist as the antique doll spent most of the film tormenting Woody and Forky. Although many sympathized with Gabby, her motives shouldn't justify the way she behaved.

First, she tries to take Woody's voicebox by force and keeps Forky hostage when he refuses. She then kidnaps one of Bo Peep's sheep and planned to ambush him. The only reason Woody gave her his voice box was because she emotionally manipulated him. And yet, she's fortunate enough to find a caring owner at the end of the movie. As tragic as her backstory and motivations are, she should have been punished and not rewarded for her prior actions.

Philip Sherman (Finding Nemo)

Although many people believe Darla to be the villain of Finding Nemo, it is actually her dentist and uncle, Philip Sherman, who deserves the title. Think about it: he was the one who "kidnapped" Nemo in the first place, practically tortures his patients and prevents the fish from escaping.

Considering he knows Darla has a penchant for killing her pets, Sherman is also at fault for supplying her with pet fishes and encouraging her bodycount. Yet, he never really faces justice for his actions. At the very least, Sherman should have lost his practice for dental negligence.

Henry J. Waternoose III (Monsters Inc.)

While everyone knew Randall Boggs was a no-good weasel, no one saw Waternoose's betrayal coming at all. In Monsters Inc., fans were shocked to discover the CEO and Mike's kindly boss was actually part of a master plot to kidnap hundreds of children and extract their screams for fossil fuel.

Even though he knew it would traumatize Boo and countless other children, he went ahead with the plan because saving the company was more important than anything else. He also expresses his intentions to kill anyone who gets in his way, including Sulley, Mike, and possibly Boo. Although he does end up in prison, this punishment doesn't seem severe enough.

BnL & Humanity (WALL-E)

BNL Pixar

Although AUTO may be the established villain of WALL-E, fans will also have to consider how Buy-n-Large (BnL) played a part in the world's downfall. BnL was a mega-corporation that assumed control of the Earth's economy and was responsible for the destruction of the planet.

To amend for their mistakes, they proposed "Operation Cleanup" and "Operation Colonize." This was a plan that suggested humanity move to space for five years, giving them enough time to clean the planet using an army of trash compactor robots known as WALL-Es. However, it was soon revealed the planet was too toxic to live on so BnL updated all the AUTOs and abandoned all plans for reconstruction. Instead, BnL's plan was to remain in space while keeping the truth of the planet hidden. So technically, humanity is at fault.

Chick Hicks (Cars)

If there is one villain who deserved a harsher punishment, it was Chick Hicks. Not only is he a dark reflection of who Lightning McQueen could've been, but Chick was the one responsible for The King's crash, sideswiping him and making him lose control. Instead of helping the veteran finish the race, Chick decides to continue pursuing glory and takes great pleasure in winning the Piston Cup.

Although he loses Dinoco sponsorship, Chick doesn't face any serious repercussions for his actions. In fact, by Cars 3, he is seen to be a respected commentator who even has his own TV segment. Surely he should have been stripped of his title and banished from the tournament for good, right?
