Joey Sasso and Kariselle Snow allegedly had a messy split, according to their fellow Perfect Match castmate and Too Hot To Handle star Francesca Farago. The couple ended up getting engaged during the filming of Perfect Match season 1. The Circle season 1 star proposed to Kariselle, who appeared on Are You The One? and Sexy Beasts, though things have since gone south.
Kariselle's close friend, Perfect Match's Francesca Farago, shared some details about the former couple's split. She joined her friend and former roommate Violet Benson to discuss her time in Perfect Match season 1 on Violet's podcast Almost Adulting. Francesca named Kariselle as her closest friend from Perfect Match and compared her post-show breakup with Joey to her own breakup from her Too Hot To Handle season 1 ex-fiance Harry Jowsey. “I feel like a lot of what happened to her happened to me years ago. We both got used, we both got played,” Francesca said as she blamed both her and Kariselle's love and infatuation for blinding them. Francesca claimed that Kariselle ended things with Joey after he led her on for a few months before periodically ghosting her.
Perfect Match's Francesca Claims Joey Was 'Horrible' To Kariselle
Though Joey and Kariselle failed to win Perfect Match season 1, the duo did present the most serious relationship on the show. The former Perfect Match season 1 couple revealed that they had been on-and-off for two years and were close friends who often hooked up. However, Joey didn't define things with Kariselle until they met again on Perfect Match. He first asked her to date and then followed in the footsteps of Harry by staging a public proposal on the show during the four weeks of filming. The couple stayed together for a few months after filming, according to Francesca, before Kariselle ended the relationship. “He was horrible to her,” claimed Francesca when talking about how Joey treated Kariselle after filming. “It was really sad.”
Joey and Kariselle appear to be single after their breakup. As an openly bisexual women, Kariselle has confirmed her interest in dating both men and women. She has yet to announce a new partner after Joey, though her social media has seen a healthy growth in followers since she joined the cast of Perfect Match season 1. While Kariselle made her social media account private following news of the messy split, Joey has kept his page public. He appears to be doing well since their breakup and continues to pursue his sobriety journey. He even still has an older photo with Kariselle on his social media
Overall, Joey and Kariselle both received a lot of attention after appearing in Perfect Match season 1, which filmed in February 2022. However, their lives are much different a year later, as they ended on bad terms. Kariselle appeared very hurt by the split, as she was shown to be very into Joey on Perfect Match. However, now that they are both single, there is a chance that Joey and Kariselle could be cast in future seasons of Netflix's Perfect Match.
