Digging for Fire is one of the indie films that Bloom has starred in over the years. It’s the first on the list of his top rated movies from Rotten Tomatoes with a score of 66%. This story is about a couple named Tim and Lee. It’s part of a mystery story and part romantic comedy.

While Orlando Bloom doesn’t play either of the main characters, he does play a character named Ben. While this isn’t a movie that many people, even Bloom’s biggest fans, have heard of, it did get an overall positive review.

THE GOOD DOCTOR 66%

The Good Doctor is another movie on this list that many people haven’t heard about. This is another Orlando Bloom film that has a 66% on Rotten Tomatoes. This movie is one that Bloom plays a lead role in, however, so it got put higher on this list. Bloom plays Dr. Martin Blake, who is a young and ambitious doctor.

But, things take a turn when a young 18-year-old patient named Diane is admitted because of a kidney infection. Blake starts to become obsessed with her. This is a slightly darker film and less fantastical and fun than many of Bloom’s other top-rated movies.

ROMEO AND JULIET 71%

There have been many Romeo and Juliet versions that have been made over the centuries. From movies to television shows to stage productions, Romeo and Juliet is a classic story that many have done. This movie is actually a taping of a Broadway production of the classic Shakespeare play.

Bloom plays Romeo himself with Condola Rashad as Juliet. Since it’s a film of a Broadway show, the experience of watching this movie is a little different, but it’s definitely worth a watch.

THE HOBBIT: THE DESOLATION OF SMAUG 74%

Of all the movies that Orlando Bloom has been in, the one that’s most successful according to Rotten Tomatoes scores is Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. This is the second film in the trilogy, so it’s rather impressive it’s so highly rated as often middle installments aren’t known for being the best.

However, the action-packed plot in this movie along with good acting and character development made this film a hit.
