Concept renders of a OnePlus smartphone called OnePlus 10 Ultra have surfaced on the internet, and they look fantastic. Most recently, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer launched the OnePlus 10 Pro. While the flagship is not available in the global market yet, it comes with top-tier specifications. For instance, the smartphone features Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, which is Qualcomm's latest mobile platform. Then it has a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with high resolution and a triple rear-camera setup.

According to a recent report, the OnePlus 10 Pro has entered the testing phase in regions like Europe and India. At its current pace, the smartphone might go global by the end of March 2022. Although not much is known about the OnePlus 10 Pro's launch in the United States, it should not take too long after it arrives in the United Kingdom. Previously, OnePlus smartphones have been available in these markets with minimal to no time gap.

The Dutch publication Lets Go Digital has uploaded some concept renders of the upcoming 'Ultra' smartphone by OnePlus, based on an alleged patent shared by Twitter user TechInsiderBlog. The patent on which these renders were filed with the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Sept. 2021. It contains seven images that showcase the OnePlus 10 Ultra from all sides. As seen in the renders, the smartphone has an edge-to-edge display at the front, with a tiny hole at the top left corner.

OnePlus 10 Ultra Renders Look Beautiful

The OnePlus 10 Ultra's concept renders showcase the smartphone in dark grey color, along with a large camera island that covers slightly more than half of the phone's width. The camera island seems to have a reflective glass built upon a black module, which complements the overall appearance of the smartphone. Interestingly, there are a total of three camera lenses on the back panel of the OnePlus 10 Ultra, one of which is a rectangular periscope lens for optical zoom. A similar lens type has been rumored to be present in the iPhone 15 Pro. In its entirety, the camera module on the OnePlus 10 Ultra looks a tad better than the one on the OnePlus 10 Pro.

Since OnePlus and Oppo have merged their smartphone business, both the companies are leveraging each other's features. For instance, the upcoming Oppo Find X5 Pro has been leaked to feature a camera system developed with Hasselblad. The patented OnePlus 10 Ultra could come with Oppo's new MariSilicon Imaging NPU, which enables RAW processing in a smartphone without losing detail. Since most of this information comes from a patent by OnePlus, the final product might contain slight changes.
