Blizzard of Hell, Fubuki, the younger sister of Tatsumaki, Tornado of Terror, is the top rank B class hero in One Punch Man. But just how strong is she really? There are only 2 esper heroes that the audience encounter in the hit anime One Punch ManFubuki and her older sister. While Tatsumaki is ranked 2nd of the S class heroes, beaten only by the mysterious unknown Blast, Fubuki is only B class but she can certainly hold her own.

Threat levels in One Punch Man are classed into Wolf, Tiger, Demon, Dragon, and God. Here are 5 enemies Fubuki could beat, and 5 where she wouldn't have a chance.

Beatable: Crablante

The audience first meets Crablante in the very first episode of One Punch Man as he is ultimately the villain that started Saitama on his path to becoming a hero. Crablante was beaten by Saitama before he lost his hair and gained his true power, effectively winning with the strength of a normal human.

Matching Crablante up against Fubuki would be like pitting a professional chef against a lobster, he would be no match to Fubuki's deadly attacks. Crablante only has his crab claws and his underwear, no match for Fubuki's esper abilities.

No Chance: Deep Sea King

Deep-Sea King proves to be a formidable foe to all but Saitama when we encounter him in season 1. Puri Puri Prisoner and Genos buy some time for the terrified civilians but ultimately are no match for Deep Sea King, especially when imbued with extra strength from the rainwater.

Fubuki is not as strong as Tatsumaki who would have taken care of this guy with ease. Fubuki may have been able to buy some time until Saitama arrived by creating a debris field and various barriers, but there's no doubt Deep Sea King would be able to push through and deliver a deadly blow to the Blizzard of Hell.

Beatable: Kombu Infinity

Another enemy that Saitama made short work of, this creature posed more of a threat to the Hero Association with Golden Ball and Spring Mustachio ultimately losing to the creature. While both of those heroes are A-class and Fubuki is merely B class, she admits she could reach the upper tiers of the A-class if she so wished.

However, she enjoys being a big fish in a small pond as proven by her gang of B class heroes comprised of the Blizzard Bunch. Kombu Infinity relies on its razor-sharp seaweed-like hair to be effective and Fubuki would be able to dominate their fighting style with her psychic powers.

No Chance: Do-S

As seen in season 2, the full extent of Fubuki's powers are witnessed by the audience and her enemies, the formidable Do-S uses her charming abilities to turn the Blizzard Bunch against their leader.

Do-S's whip was able to easily pierce through Fubuki's telekinesis and cause some massive damage, though Fubuki managed to resist the charming effects of her vicious and clever attacks. This fight was beginning to shape up to be a close one, but ultimately Fubuki needed to be saved by her much stronger older sister in the end.

Beatable: Super Custom YO649Z Mk. II

Another one of the ridiculous lower body human, upper body transformation creatures that Saitama comes into contact with, Super Custom YO649Z Mk. II is a villain who appears only in the anime. Unlike Saitama's encounter with Crablante, One Punch Man takes great care of this car-obsessed menace with a casual punch without an ounce of effort. It's a great moment contrasting the journey Saitama had to take from a struggled encounter to a casual nuisance and greatly reflects the premise of the show, what brings joy to your life once your goals have been met?

Giving this guy a shot against Fubuki makes anyone feel like she'd make just as short work of him with her power to create barriers, control the wind, and psychic projections. This half-man half car has little in the way of a threat to Fubuki or even the Blizzard Bunch.

No Chance: Any Of The Dark Matter Thieves

Season 1's final villains end up being a group of aliens known as the Dark Matter Thieves led by Lord Boros, the first being in the show we see able to withstand a single punch from the otherwise aptly titled One Punch Man. Among his retinue are the short-lived Groribas, a regenerating shape-shifting creature known as Melzargard and a psychic general named Geryuganshoop.

While Groribas was made short work of by Saitama he would be more than a match for Fubuki since Boros counted him among one of his generals. Melzargard took the combined effort of 4 S-Class heroes to take down and would be too overwhelming of a threat to Fubuki's abilities. Geryuganshoop claims to have the abilities to create psychic powers stronger than a black hole and the creator ONE has stated his psychic abilities surpass even that of Tatsumaki. It's unlikely Fubuki would be able to best even one of the generals so it goes without saying that Lord Boros would make short work of her in a one-on-one duel.

Beatable: Sea Folk

Creatures who attack J-city alongside Deep Sea King, the Sea Folk are a mixture of tentacles, fins, gills, and other aquatic traits. Their size and power pose a formidable threat to A-Class Hero Rank 10 Stinger, who whilst pushed to his limits can fend off their attacks, leaving Deep Sea King the only remaining threat.

Fubuki could reach into the A-class heroes with her abilities, and unlike Stinger doesn't need to exhaust herself physically when in combat. She has managed to deflect a demon level threat blast to protect Banf and Blast in the manga, so pitting her against the Sea Folk she would be the likely victor in this match. Among her other abilities, Fubuki serves as a great support hero, able to enhance the attributes of others, healing them and enhancing their speed. Pairing her up with Stinger to fight off the many Sea Folk and they would have made short work of this threat.

No Chance: Orochi

Orochi is a villain being built up through season 2 of One Punch Man as the king of the monsters and as we know so far he [pses to be a threat level higher than any of the previous kings. Orochi has a near endless list of abilities and powers, not least of which are regeneration, fire manipulation, electricity manipulation, energy projections, immense speed, strength and durability as well as the ability to create a monster cell.

Monster cells are what people consume to turn into various monsters in the series, some of which are also dragon level threats, which Fubuki is unable to beat, so it goes without saying that Orochi would be far too great a match for her powers alone.

Beatable: Ground Dragon

One of the houses of evolutions creations, Ground Dragon is a mole creature with sharpened claws. Against Sautama he burros underground and pulls him through the ground as his means of restraining his foes.

Saitama walks out of this effortlessly of course and Fubuki would likely be able to use her esper abilities to break free from such a simple attack. Once the Ground Dragon gets caught up in her Hell Storm attack, Fubuki's signature tornado of debris, he'd lose all chance of harming the Blizzard of Hell.

No Chance: Demonic Fan

Another one shown in season 2, Demonic Fan is a four-legged robot with a three-bladed fan at the center of its body. The fan makes short work of Fubuki and the Blizzard Bunch, proving that Fubuki has a tough time against most threat level demon enemies. She is ultimately saved once again by her sister who makes short work of any demon level threat she encounters.

Child Emperor has measured Fubuki's strength with a scanning device, reading her at a mere 19, while many A-class heroes rank in the high thousands. It is later discovered that the readings are more reflective of the user's physical abilities and Fubuki is known for her psychic powers as well as her leadership abilities, proving to be the undisputed head of the Blizzard Bunch.
