*SPOILERS FOR ONE PIECE CHAPTER 1075*The Egghead Island arc has revealed a lot of lingering One Piece mysteries, but the latest chapter just foreshadowed what would be a devastating power-up for Usopp ahead of the series' final battles. After twenty-five years, the creator of One Piece, Eiichiro Oda, has teased that the series is heading toward its conclusion. Many storylines require wrapping up, and several powerful enemies must be defeated before Luffy, and his Straw Hat crew can achieve their dreams. However, chapter 1075 of the hit manga teased a new weapon that would be a great help to a particular Straw Hat, who is sure to fight ridiculously strong opponents before the series ends.
Right before the anticipated battle between One Piece's Straw Hats and the overpowered Seraphim, Usopp was introduced to a powerful weapon that can seemingly deflect any attack: The Bubble Gun. Vegapunk's Satellites Lilith, and York, are paired up with Franky and Usopp to search for Dr.Vegapunk's Stella form. With cameras being cut and surprise attacks possibly hiding around any corner, Lilth is preparing for battle with a weapon that would be a perfect power-up for the Straw Hat crew's sniper.
One Piece's Bubble Gun Would Make Usopp Unstoppable
The long nose pirate has made a name for himself throughout the many islands the series has explored. Many of his achievements have severely benefited from being at the wrong place at the right time, often helping Usopp's lies come true since leaving One Piece's Kaya and his hometown. He might still be the most cowardly member of Luffy's crew, but Usopp has proven a valuable member of the team and capable of incredible feats using observation haki. A skill that would be incredibly useful when paired with a device capable of deflecting any attack.
Usopp Will Need Observation & Reflection To Beat The Foes That Await
Usopp has taken a lot of damage throughout the series. However, by consistently pushing himself, he has developed his observation haki to levels that few characters have achieved in One Piece. One of the sniper's most impressive feats was knocking out Sugar in Dressrosa before Law and Luffy were transformed and forgotten by one of One Piece's scariest Devil Fruit abilities. Combining this skill with the Bubble Gun's reflect ability would allow Usopp to counter any attack aimed at him. Such an ability will likely be needed to survive an incoming attack from Blackbeard's fearsome sniper Van Augur, an opponent Usopp seems destined to combat.
Now that the final saga of One Piece has begun with the Egghead Island arc, the world's most significant threats are revealing themselves. Blackbeard's crew has been unstoppable with some of the world's most fearsome Devil Fruit powers. At the same time, the mysterious World Government has been making surprising moves that are setting up even more conflict for the Straw Hats. Many of One Piece's most extravagant battles are on the way and will surely put the main cast and their abilities to the test. Hopefully, Usopp will gain the Bubble Gun to use against of the world's most fearsome fighters that stand in the crew's way.
