After Momonosuke, Yamato, and the Samurais struggle to fight Admiral Aramaki, Shanks arrives to hit the admiral with his own Conqueror's Haki. Seeing this, the admiral retreats, while implying that he will fight the Emperor someday, bringing Chapter 1055 of One Piece to a satisfying conclusion.
Since the members of the Seven Warlords of the Seas' bounties get frozen after they gain the position, there are obviously those with bounties that are too low or too high before being frozen. After they lose their positions as Warlords, their bounties get unfrozen, which is why people like Blackbeard and Law have bounties in the billions of berries. Among the 11 people who became Warlords, only Dracule Mihawk has no known bounty, though it wouldn't be surprising for his to be revealed soon, as the World Government has permanently disbanded the Seven Warlords system.
Buggy - 15,000,000
Buggy the Clown is the captain of the Buggy Pirates and an ex-apprentice of the Roger Pirates. After the Paramount War, he was appointed as a new member of the Seven Warlords. After the events of Wano Arc, he is now a member of the Four Emperors. Buggy uses the Paramecia-type Chop-Chop Fruit, which allows him to split himself into pieces and be immune to slashing attacks.
Although Buggy is seen as a weak character and is only present for comedic purposes, his extreme luck causes him to survive many precarious situations, and it made him seen as one of the top dogs in the pirate world. After becoming one of the Four Emperors, it is likely that his bounty is now much greater than this.
Boa Hancock - 80,000,000
Boa Hancock, the Kuja Pirates' captain, is the only female Warlord in history. She currently reigns as Amazon Lily's Empress. Boa Hancock is one of the few people who can use all three types of Haki. She uses the Paramecia-type Love-Love Fruit, which can petrify both living and inanimate objects.
Hancock is extremely strong, managing to fight a lot of pirates and destroy several Pacifistas during the Paramount War. She can also petrify anyone who gets attracted to her. She was able to get an 80,000,000 bounty on her first journey as a pirate, showcasing her abilities.
Crocodile - 81,000,000
Crocodile, a former business partner of Nico Robin, was the president of the now-defunct Baroque Works, a mystery crime organization. He was detained in Level 6 of Impel Down after losing against Luffy in Alabasta. Crocodile uses the Logia-type Sand-Sand Fruit, which allows him to produce, control, and turn his body into sand.
Later on, Crocodile was released by Luffy during the Impel Down arc, making him currently free. What makes Crocodile dangerous was that he managed to deceive a whole country into thinking that he is a hero and hide his identity the whole time until he got defeated by Luffy.
Bartholomew Kuma - 296,000,000
Bartholomew Kuma is a revolutionary who was the king of Sorbet Kingdom and a former Warlord of the Sea. He became a Celestial Dragon's slave sometime after the Straw Hats' reunion, but Sabo and his allies freed him. Kuma uses one of the most powerful Paramecia-type Devil Fruits, the Paw-Paw Fruit, which has the ability to teleport individuals and repel several types of attacks.
Kuma is an extremely strong person, being able to defeat the entire Straw Hats at once before the time skip, which justifies his bounty. Unfortunately, he has been turned by Dr. Vegapunk into a Pacifista who has lost his entire personality but not before requesting the scientist to protect the Thousand Sunny for two years.
Gecko Moria - 320,000,000
The largest ship in the world, the Thriller Bark, is owned by Gecko Moria, the captain of the Thriller Bark Pirates. Moria uses the Shadow-Shadow Fruit, which enables him to create an army of zombies by taking other people's shadows and projecting them onto corpses or other humans, or even himself.
Twenty years ago, Moria fought Kaido, a former member of the Four Emperors, but ultimately lost, leading him to seek an army of the undead. Even after absorbing shadows himself, Luffy barely managed to defeat him, proving how Moria is one of the most powerful villains.
Donquixote Doflamingo - 340,000,000
Doflamingo, formerly a Celestial Dragon, was the captain of the Donquixote Pirates and the previous king of Dressrossa. He is currently imprisoned at Level 6 of Impel Down after his defeat by Luffy, where assassins were frequently sent to kill him because of his knowledge of Celestial Dragons' secrets.
Doflamingo uses one of the most powerful awakened Devil Fruits, the Paramecia-type String-String Fruit, which can clone himself, slice through meteors, fly, and imprison and crush an entire nation in an unstoppable Birdcage. It's not surprising that he received such a large bounty prior to becoming a Warlord given his power and familiarity with deadly secrets.
Jinbe - 438,000,000
The tenth crew member, Jinbe, serves as the Straw Hat Pirates' helmsman. He was also the previous Sun Pirates' captain. Jinbe is a master of Fish-Man Karate and possesses the rare ability to communicate with aquatic animals, something that is noted to be exclusive to merfolks.
Jinbe's bounty increased from 250 million to 400 million after betraying the World Government during the Paramount War, fighting alongside the Whitebeard Pirates instead. His strength and his betrayal against the World Government is what made him earn a bounty this high, which is currently the 2nd-highest among the Straw Hats.
Edward Weevil - 480,000,000
Edward Weevil, also called "Whitebeard Jr.," is a pirate who declares himself to be the biological child of Edward "Whitebeard" Newgate. Sometime after the passing of Whitebeard, he turned into a Warlord. He proved his strength by defeating 16 Whitebeard-affiliated pirate crews single-handedly.
According to Admiral Kizaru, his strength is comparable to a younger version of Whitebeard, which says a lot about him. He managed to earn a bounty this high due to causing too much catastrophe in his activities, even causing 600 civilian casualties.
Marshall D. Teach - 2,247,600,000
Marshall D. Teach, often known as Blackbeard, is one of the Four Emperors of the Seas who became an Emperor less than two years after becoming a captain. His ability to devise a scheme that would see the execution of his former leader Whitebeard and the annexation of many of his previous lands shows how crafty and cruel he is.
Blackbeard is also the only one who has wielded two Devil Fruits — a mysterious ability given that doing so is thought to be impossible. He has the most powerful Paramecia type, the Quake-Quake Fruit, which has the ability to end the world, and the special Logia Type Dark-Dark Fruit, which can nullify other Devil Fruit powers. As a result, Blackbeard has one of the highest active bounties and the highest bounty growth rate in the series.
Trafalgar D. Water Law - 3,000,000,000
Trafalgar D. Water Law, the captain of the Heart Pirates from North Blue, is one of the most powerful members of the Worst Generation. He uses the Paramecia-type Op-Op Fruit, often known as "Ultimate Devil Fruit," because of its ability to give immortality to another person in exchange for the user's own life.
After giving the government the hearts of hundreds of pirates, Trafalgar Law rose to the position of Warlord. However, he lost it after joining forces with Luffy. He feuded briefly with Kaido and made a significant contribution to Big Mom's defeat together with Eustass Kid. Law currently has one of the highest bounty levels in the series, as well as the highest among former Warlords.
