Warning! SPOILERS for Obi-Wan Kenobi episode 3.

Obi-Wan Kenobi has aired only three of its six episodes, but Star Wars may have already revealed Third Sister Reva's (Moses Ingram) fate. As a member of the Inquisitors, Reva is tasked with hunting the last remnants of the Jedi under the orders of Darth Vader (Hayden Christensen). In Obi-Wan Kenobi, she sets her sights on the titular character, as Kenobi (Ewan McGregor) strives to evade the Inquisitors' clutches while protecting the young Princess Leia (Vivien Lyra Blair). Obi-Wan Kenobi "Part III" depicts a conversation between Reva and Vader in which the Sith Lord tells her, "Prove yourself, and the position of Grand Inquisitor is yours. Fail me, and you will not live to regret it." As it turns out, Vader's warning of Reva's death is more than a suggestion, as the video game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order features a parallel storyline.

Released in 2019, Jedi: Fallen Order follows Jedi Padawan Cal Kestis who, like Kenobi, is hunted by the Empire's Inquisitors. The video game takes place five years after the events of Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, while Obi-Wan Kenobi is set 10 years after the final prequel film. Accordingly, both Star Wars projects pit the Inquisitors as central villains, with Second Sister filling the same role in Jedi: Fallen Order as Inquisitor Reva in Obi-Wan Kenobi.

With similar narratives explored in In Jedi: Fallen Order and Obi-Wan Kenobi, Star Wars has already revealed a grim fate for Third Sister. In Jedi: Fallen Order, Vader kills Second Sister due to her failure in hunting Kestis. Assuming that Lord Vader also deems Reva's mission unsatisfactory, Third Sister will end up a casualty by Obi-Wan Kenobi's conclusion.

Halfway through the Disney+ series, Third Sister Reva has proven relentless in her pursuit of Kenobi. She even appears to kill Star Wars' Grand Inquisitor at the end of episode 2 for interfering with her mission when she has the Jedi cornered. Nonetheless, it's a given that Reva will ultimately fail because Obi-Wan obviously lives until he's struck down by Darth Vader in Episode IV - A New Hope. Even if Reva does manage to capture Kenobi, her success will only be temporary. Vader has exhibited a tendency to dispose of those who fall short of his demands, but this particular example from Jedi: Fallen Order makes Reva's demise all the more probable. Without a mention or appearance in the Star Wars timeline following Obi-Wan Kenobi, Reva is guaranteed to conclude her story in the Disney+ series.

Could there be another way out for Reva? Despite the likelihood that she will perish at the hands of Darth Vader, Third Sister's narrative could still end with her survival. In fact, Reva's ruthlessness wouldn't get her nearly as far without her inventiveness. Her calculated plot to lure Kenobi out of the shadows by kidnapping Leia illustrates her keen awareness of her target's weakness. Especially considering Vader's ultimatum, Reva will certainly anticipate the Sith Lord's wrath in the event of her shortcoming, allowing her to escape before Vader can kill her. Perhaps Third Sister will be slain by Kenobi instead. Regardless of the means, Reva's death in Obi-Wan Kenobi remains a high probability thanks to Jedi: Fallen Order's sinister elimination of its Inquisitor.
