Marvel TV is set to take over New York Comic Con with Netflix's Daredevil, Hulu's Runaways, and FOX's The Gifted set to be featured. Marvel's presence in theaters has been massive for last decade thanks in large part to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but there's also been a huge increase in their presence on the small screen. Partnerships with ABC brought Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Agent Carter to air, while Netflix became the home of Daredevil and more, Hulu took up Runaways, Freeform claimed Cloak & Dagger, and FOX picked up Legion and The Gifted.

Thanks to the variety of outlets producing Marvel content for television, there is rarely a time where a Marvel show isn't airing or just around the corner to debut. Iron Fist season 2's launch this week kicks off a busy fall for Marvel TV, and it appears they're going to use New York Comic Con to highlight what they have in store.

Marvel TV will bring the third season of Daredevil and the second seasons of both Runaways and The Gifted to New York Comic Con. NYCC opens the first weekend in October, so new information on all three shows isn't too far away. This will mark another return to NYCC for Daredevil after last being featured in 2015, while Runaways and The Gifted were both featured last year.

Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock aka Daredevil in The Defenders from Marvel and Netflix 2

As for what Marvel fans can expect from the varied programs, a release date for Daredevil is likely the major announcement that will be made. Barring a surprise drop that coincides with the con (an idea Marvel had for The Punisher season 1 originally), the third season of the Charlie Cox led series could debut in November. This report notes that Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio will likely be in attendance, along with new cast member Joanna Whalley - who plays Matt Murdock's mother. Jeph Loeb will be moderating the panel as usual, and if the past is any indication, that could mean some additional announcements about the Netflix/Marvel universe could be made.

For Runaways, showrunners Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage will be attending NYCC to promote season 2. It is unknown if the cast will also be in attendance, but the first footage of the upcoming season is likely to debut. There's been hardly any word on what Runaways has in store, so additional info will hopefully arrive as well prior to the December launchThe Gifted meanwhile already has a trailer out and will have its season 2 premiere already happen before NYCC. Screening a future episode could be on the docket for the live-action mutant series. The exact plans for all three shows will be finalized in the weeks to come, but no matter what they decide to bring and show, all three will be part of New York Comic Con's lineup.
