Here's our full breakdown of the new (and final) No Time To Die trailer. Daniel Craig's James Bond has enjoyed/endured an epic 15-year journey, encompassing a quartet of movies that redefined what it means to be 007. No Time To Die marks the final chapter of that arc and is set to release in October 2021 after 16 months of pandemic-related delays. Joining Craig are the usual suspects of M (Ralph Fiennes), Moneypenny (Naomie Harris), Q (Ben Whishaw) and Felix Leiter (Jeffrey Wright). Léa Seydoux will return as Madeleine Swann alongside newcomers Lashana Lynch and Ana de Armas, while Christoph Waltz's Blofeld and Rami Malek's Safin will hold up the villainous end of No Time To Die's bargain.

Previous footage revealed Bond's retirement from active duty and teased a possible betrayal by Madeleine, as the couple are ambushed in Italy. Fans received their first look at Safin occupying his grandiose lair, and have tried guessing his evil masterplan from the scant few clues available. Bond links up with his double-0 successor, Lashana Lynch's Nomi, and will even enlist the aid of an incarcerated Blofeld to ensure this final mission is a success, but plenty of questions still remain about Eon's 25th James Bond installment. The connection between Safin and Madeleine, as well as the big secret teased by Blofeld, remain firmly under wraps.

The final No Time To Die US trailer has now been unveiled, offering a final batch of hints and teases ahead of the film's release. Though some footage will look familiar, the new promo offers further info regarding Safin's intentions and expands upon action sequences that debuted elsewhere. Here's every new detail from the last No Time To Die trailer.

Daniel Craig's Bond History

No Time To Die's final trailer begins with a montage of clips and soundbites from Daniel Craig's previous movies, pulling from Casino RoyaleQuantum of SolaceSkyfall and Spectre. The reel revisits some of modern Bond's most memorable moments, such as the brutal bathroom brawl, the Aston Martin crash, jumping into a crumbling train, and meeting Madeleine Swann. Key quotes are provided by Craig himself, as well as Judi Dench's M and Waltz's Blofeld, who contributes his "kite dancing in a hurricane" line. This retrospective preamble cements No Time To Die as the conclusion of a five-part series, and brings a sense of legacy to 007's next misadventure.

No Time To Die Footage Seen Previously

Ana De Armas as Paloma in James Bond No Time To Die

Though the new trailer comes bearing plenty of new and expanded shots, some footage is identical to what fans would've seen before. The first reused scene comes directly after the legacy footage (described above), and sees Daniel Craig's Bond open a garage door. We know from previous clips that his Aston Martin V8 lies within. Blofeld's "it'll be the death of you" line has been floating around for while too, though we still have no idea what Madeleine Swann's fatal secret might be.

The strange, watery tunnel filled with workers and light tubes has been glimpsed elsewhere, and almost certainly shows the interior of Safin's lair. Madeleine's "you don't know what this is" quote is recycled alongside the flashbacks of her and James in happier times.

Rami Malek's Safin Awakes

Rami Malek wearing a mask in the snow in No Time to Die

Safin's icy assassination sequence has already been teased in past No Time To Die trailers, with Rami Malek's character stalking an unknown target, trusty machine gun in hand. In this new image, however, the villain is laying flat on the cold surface and wakes up with a startled breath. Since shots from Safin's chilly mission show his mask both intact and broken, someone might knock him out (smashing the creepy face covering in the process) and this "waking up" moment comes during the aftermath. Later scenes reuse old footage of a half-masked Safin pumping bullets into a glacier while some unlucky soul floats beneath the surface.

Extended Skyscraper Attack

Bombs in No Time To Die

The shot of mysterious agents infiltrating a skyscraper by scaling the side has been used elsewhere, but is slightly extended in No Time To Die's latest teaser. The wide shot of a lemon-tinged hallway lined with glass panels is the same room being blown to bits in past trailers, and while the bomb falling down an elevator shaft isn't new, we now witness smaller explosive charges fired onto the walls. It's a cool gadget - but probably doesn't belong to the good guys.

A Biological Weapon

Chemical in No Time To Die

Though Safin's full scheme isn't yet confirmed, No Time To Die has dropped several clues to suggest his threat is biological in nature. A new shot adds fuel to that fire, showing a gloved hand unlocking a sealed container. This is what you'd expect to see hazardous materials transported in, meaning Safin could've crafted some kind of pathogen or toxin - a theory supported elsewhere in this most recent promo release.

"Floating In The Ether"

Ralph Fiennes as M and Daniel Craig as James Bond in No Time To Die

During the very first No Time To Die trailer (released way back in the heady days of December 2019), Ralph Fiennes' M warned "the world is arming faster than we can respond." In what appears to be a continuation of that same speech, new footage shows a sit-down conversation between Bond and M, in which the latter says "we used to be able to get into a room with the enemy... now they're just floating in the ether." Here, M is the archetypal veteran pining for the days when spies could follow villains into hotel rooms and electrocute them with portable fans. The world of espionage has evidently digitized in No Time To Die's era, meaning most threats now come via a wi-fi connection instead of from behind a closet.

Bond Takes A Grenade

Daniel Craig as James Bond in No Time To Die

No Time To Die already showed Daniel Craig in an elevator shaft as a grenade lands at his feet, with 007 barely escaping the ensuing explosion. New scenes blend that blast with an alternate explosion, as Bond's machine gun is replaced by a pistol. It's definitely interesting that No Time To Die seems to putting Craig's Bond through hell in his final film.

Q Figures Out Safin's Plot

Ben Whishaw as Q in No Time To Die

In one of the most important new No Time To Die trailer moments, the dream team of Bond, Q, Nomi and Moneypenny piece together the crux of Safin's genocidal ambitions. Sat in M's office, Q says "target enough people..." and Bond completes his sentence with "and the people become the weapon." The figure in white with her arms crossed is Naomie Harris' Moneypenny (she's wearing the same gear in other footage) and images of a ship firing missiles hail from a different teaser.

The (basil) exposition from Bond and Q seems to confirm Safin is planning a biological strike that'll spread through the entire population. For obvious reasons, this type of storyline hits very different post-2020, and close parallels to real life could explain why No Time To Die has been quick to delay throughout the pandemic.

M Searches For Bond

M office in No Time To Die

Both No Time To Die trailers have shown M in his office, desperately trying to determine the whereabouts of James Bond. The third reel continues that tradition, but adds much more context, as the MI6 boss (alongside a character that looks to be Moneypenny) watches a CCTV feed. It's difficult to deduce which location he might be keeping tabs on, but his spy has evidently gone off-grid at some point during the course of investigating Safin. Bond not following orders? Never!

Confirmed: Bond's Isn't 007

No Match in No Time To Die

The strange moment where ballroom guests move away from a smartly-dressed Bond (while Ana de Armas' Paloma looks on in horror) has been wheeled out several times during No Time To Die's marketing campaign, but the new trailer shows that same sequence from a more unique perspective. Someone (likely MI6) is using facial recognition software to scan for double-0 agents, and as the lens rests upon Daniel Craig's face, the program determines "no match" with "007" listed in the bottom left corner. Though Bond's retirement is widely known, this cements his current role as an outdated relic of the British Secret Service.

Bond Gets Contemplative

Bond hands in No Time To Die

A short shot, but a potentially important one. James Bond seems uncharacteristically contemplative as he stares down at his hands, almost in horror. Since this vulnerable side of Bond is so rare, it's hard to guess what might be going on here, but with Safin's weapon almost guaranteed to be biological, could the ex-007 become infected? The latest No Time To Die trailer is remarkably fatalistic in tone, supporting the popular theories that Craig's Bond could die. Does Safin get the better of James by causing his slow, painful demise?

More Santiago Shootout

Santiago in No Time To Die

We know Bond heads to Santiago and convenes with Paloma at the suggestion of Felix Leiter in No Time To Die, and between ballrooms and bar fights, Bond and Nomi find time for a shootout among the Chilean streets. Several fresh shots from this sequence are included in the new trailer, one of which shows Bond firing into thin air. This kind of recklessness could explain why Nomi threatens to put a bullet in Bond's one working knee if he interferes in her case.

Nomi Reaches The Airport

Nomi Aston Martin in No Time To Die

In a brief moment, a black Aston Martin is seen pulling up to an airstrip. This car appears to be the DBS Superleggera Nomi drives, and since previous footage has shown Safin riding an aircraft, Nomi's hasty arrival could preface an aerial chase sequence between No Time To Die's heroes and villains.

Spiral Staircase

Staircase in No Time To Die

Though the finished film isn't yet released, it's already clear that No Time To Die contains some of the best cinematography in the entire James Bond franchise. This spiral staircase shot is a perfect example, elevating simple action sequences into visually stunning portraits. This scene may come during Bond's assault on Safin's island HQ.

Safin's Mystery Science Project

Tanks in No Time To Die

Arguably the most intriguing scene in No Time To Die's final trailer hints at a more fantastical element to Safin's plan. The shot depicts Bond exploring a lab full of TV screens bearing Safin's mask and, combined with previous trailer footage, we know Nomi is also present here. The new image, however, gives a much closer look at the human-sized tanks Safin has lined up along the rear wall. Though it's difficult to see through the opaque liquid within, the shadows lurking inside suggest some kind of human experimentation. Is this how Safin has cooked up his bio-weapon, or is he involved in something more outlandish, such as cloning or genetic engineering.

Safin Loves Madeleine Swann

James Bond and Madeleine Swann in No Time to Die

The previous No Time To Die trailer saw Bond ask Madeleine Swann what Safin wanted, to which she replied, "me." This ambiguous answer could've either meant Safin loves Swann or wants her dead, and while the latter still can't be ruled out, the villain's romantic ambitions are now clear. Speaking with Bond in the latest footage, Safin says the former 007 is "in love with Madeleine Swann... I could be speaking to my own reflection."

"Leaving Something Behind"

Safin in his lair in No Time to Die

In an extended version of Safin and Bond's conversation, Rami Malek's villain declares that "life is all about leaving something behind." Not only does this support the cloning theory above, but the theme of legacy could foreshadow Bond and Madeleine Swann having a child of their own in No Time To Die - something fans have suspected for a while.

Extended Aston Martin Shootout

Daniel Craig as James Bond and Lea Seydoux as Madeleine Swann in No Time To Die

No Time To Die opens with assassins interrupting James Bond's retirement in Italy, leading to a bike chase through the European village streets. The action then transitions into a car chase where Bond and Madeleine ride the classic Aston Martin DB5, culminating with the ex-MI6 agent unleashing minigun headlamps and performing donuts to take down his enemies. No Time To Die's latest trailer delves deeper into this sequence, highlighting Swann as she pleads with her lover to save them. Clearly still rocked by the potential of Madeleine's "betrayal," Bond is reluctant... but eventually acts. The tracksuit-clad baddie featured prominently in this sequence can be spotted in previous promos getting bashed around by Bond.

Nomi Racing

Nomi wears shades in No Tim to Die

The presence of Lashana Lynch's Nomi in No Time To Die's new trailer is muted, to say the least, but she gets a brief spotlight driving her Superleggera while wearing some futuristic-looking shades. This slots in either immediately before or after the moment where Nomi drives past Bond with her window rolled down and gives a witheringly condescending glare over the rim of her glasses.

The Plane Submarine

Submarine in No Time To Die

A highlight of No Time To Die's second trailer showed Nomi piloting a nifty folding plane with her older predecessor looking queasy in the passenger seat. Though preexisting footage revealed the vehicle descending into the ocean, this new submarine shot gives a closer look at Q's latest toy under the waves, where it shifts into aquatic mode.

Extended Plane Flight

Folding Plane in No Time To Die

Speaking of which, No Time To Die's final trailer wraps with the folding plane before it slams into the water below, giving an extended look at Nomi's take off and what promises to be one of No Time To Die's most thrilling set pieces. Given the vehicle's versatility, this could be how MI6's dynamic duo infiltrate Safin's lair - approaching by air, then creeping closer under the ocean's cover.
