He might primarily have worked in the world of comedy, but he has also been involved in dramas and other serious roles as well.

Man Stroke Woman - 7.8 (2005-2007)

Nick Frost has always excelled in the world of comedy as he has such a brilliant tone to everything that he does. A great example of that is the series, Man Stroke Woman, which was a sketch show that allows Nick to play a variety of characters of the course of the show.

He was heavily involved in the show and the different storylines that took place and it really highlighted just how good he was as an actor. The show is a ton of fun as there is so much going on in each episode that it is really fun to watch.

Mr. Sloane - 7.8 (2014)

Mr. Sloane was a very popular series that brought Nick Frost together with the incredibly talented Olivia Colman, helping to create a really engaging show. Set in England, Jeremy Sloane, who is played by Frost, attempts suicide but fails with that, which sums up how things are going for him when the show begins.

However, the series follows him as he picks his life back up. Having broken up with his wife, Jeremy ends up meeting an American woman and the two of them stick together as he begins to see things in a most positive manner.

3Below: Tales Of Arcadia- 7.8 (2018-2019)

3Below: Tales Of Arcadia is a popular animated television series that Nick Frost lends his voice to as he plays the role of Stuart. While he is a comedic actor for the most part, his voice is a well-known one and it works particularly well within the animated world.

This show is created by Guillermo del Toro and he certainly puts his spin on things to make this as engaging as possible. Mixing extraterrestrials with humans is something that always works well, and this series is another example of that.

Hot Fuzz - 7.8 (2007)

Over the course of his career, Nick Frost has teamed up with Simon Pegg on many occasions with the two of them really working together effectively to create some hilarious movies over their careers. One of the very best is Hot Fuzz, which is a buddy cop style film with the two of them working together as policemen in a small village.

It's a hilarious film with Nick Frost really bringing a lot of fun to this as he is often very lazy and not actually enthusiastic about being a policeman. That is until he realises there is a big case to be cracked, which is when he really showcases his skill.

Danger! 5000 Volts! - 7.9 (2002)

This show might not be one of Nick Frost's most well-known, but it is a great series that proved to be very popular. It was a documentary-style show which was a lot more serious than most of the roles he takes on. He wasn't particularly playing a part here either, as he was mainly just the host of the show.

However, Nick Frost brought a lot of excitement to things which really helped it become successful. The show looked at different life-threatening situations that could be very dangerous, with the show trying to give examples of how people could escape. It was fairly scientific, but it was also lots of fun.

Big Train - 7.9 (1998-2002)

Big Train was another popular sketch show that Nick Frost was involved in, although he was only actually part of two episodes of the show. Simon Pegg was the lead character in this show, where the actors all tended to play a variety of characters throughout.

Nick Frost was still a young actor at this point in his career, therefore it's a role that a lot of people tend to not talk about which is a shame. However, there's no doubt that the series itself was hilarious.

Shaun Of The Dead - 7.9 (2004)

Shaun of the Dead was Nick Frost's first major movie role and it has sustained the test of time as one of the funniest films ever made. Here he links up with Simon Pegg again, taking on the role of Ed as his Simon Pegg's best friend who is a bit of a lazy slouch, but he is also very caring.

He helps the group battle against the zombies as the film takes a normal group of people and forces them to try and survive. Nick Frost is hilarious in this movie, even if he does end up turning into a zombie by the end, finishing up chained to a shed playing the PlayStation.

Into The Badlands - 8.0 (2015-2019)

Bajie Nick Frost Into the Badlands

Into The Badlands was a gripping television show that was featured on AMC and was quite a different style of a role for Nick Frost. Not focusing on comedy, instead, this is an action that takes place in a war-torn area where different Barons control specific areas.

It has a great amount of politics taking place throughout as well as plenty of action as different warriors play key roles. Nick Frost joined the show in the second season as Zhu Bajie, who is a rather complex character because he has poor morals which lead him to not always making the smartest decisions.

Doctor Who - 8.3 (2014)

Doctor Who is a British institution by this point as it is such an incredibly popular show. Nick Frost joined the show for the episode "The Last Christmas." The episode, as the title suggests is themed all-around Christmas, with the Doctor and his companion being stranded on an Arctic base.

This is where Nick Frost steps in as he actually plays the character of Santa Claus. Bringing the jolly Saint Nick into the science fiction world of Doctor Who, Santa Claus helped The Doctor escape as they battled against creatures in what was a very fun Christmas edition of the show.

Spaced - 8.6 (1999-2001)

Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, and Spaced cast

Spaced is one of the very first projects that Nick Frost was involved in and, of course, it saw him team up with his pal, Simon Pegg. This was a hilarious television show that was all set in London with a couple renting an apartment as it showcased their lives during that period.

As they went through things, their friends would often visit, which is where Nick Frost came into the show. He played the role of Mike, who was Tim's best friend, which meant that he appeared frequently throughout and brought a lot of comedy to the show.
