With the “most dramatic season” of The Bachelorette coming to an end in 2020, all that the Bachelor Nation needs to know how is who will be the lucky lady joining season 17. After all, its predecessor had not one but two leading ladies in Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams with their fair share of problematic Bachelorette contestants. And with spoilers about the winner of Matt James’ The Bachelor season already in, The Bachelorette for 2021 is sure to be announced soon. Here’s a look at who is or could be the next Bachelorette.

It was back in March 2020 that ABC announced Clare would be the new Bachelorette but soon enough, the plans went for a toss due to the coronavirus pandemic. While Matt James, who was scheduled to be Clare’s contestant, came to be declared as the next Bachelor, spoilers started hinting at Clare leaving the reality show in two weeks. As Clare knew she’d found her man in Dale Moss the minute they met in La Quinta, Tayshia jumped right in to woo the leftover men and create history. Clare got her ring, Tasyhia found her match in Zac Clark, which finally brought the chaos of The Bachelorette to a fitting end. Of course, season 16 also had it’s fair share of villains and more, with the infamous Yosef Aborady lashing out at Clare and Bennett Jordan’s iconic ego match with Noah Erb.

The spoiler guru Reality Steve revealed that season 16 of The Bachelorette 2021 is going to start production in spring, right after The Bachelor is done airing. “I’m guessing when the next ‘Bachelorette’ season starts filming in March, we’re looking at the same thing,” wrote Reality Steve in his latest update about Bachelorette spoilers. Steve also added that just like the previous two seasons where one got “zero pictures” out of dates, this one too would mostly be shot at a resort again. “I was told this weekend of a resort that they might be filming at for Bachelorette season come next March. And no, it’s not La Quinta or Nemacolin. The resort I was told was neither of those,” shared the Bachelor nation informer. In that case, for those asking, “when does The Bachelorette start?” the answer could be a date of sometime in Fall 2021.

Jedd and Hannah embracing in The Bachelorette

Now when it comes to knowing who is the next Bachelorette, no names have been hinted at yet. However if one does look at the probable ladies, including Clare and Tayshia who were touted to become The Bachelorette for 2020, Hannah Brown stood out strong. The former Bachelorette of season 15, Hannah who’s currently 26 years of age, had her hands full last year with Dancing With the Stars. And with The Bachelor franchise’s tight schedules, there’s no way Hannah could have done both. According to Marie Clare, host Chris Harrison had spoken “Look, anything’s possible. I’m not against it,” when asked about Hannah being the reality show’s leading lady. But still, Hannah had a wreckage of a season with The Bachelorette 2019 finale taking a twisted turn when she’d revealed her and Jed Wyatt were no longer together.

Now, all that’s left for ABC viewers is to wait for the grand reveal to take place on Good Morning America soon. And knowing there won’t be a dearth of spoilers for season 17 of The Bachelorette, either from Reality Steve or Reddit, once the show starts filming, fans can brace themselves to know about the winner soon enough, too.
