A brand new photo from 2017's John Wick: Chapter 2 showcases Keanu Reeves' Wick enjoying a daytime walk with his new pal. The unnamed dog was recovered by John Wick at the conclusion of the first film when he entered an animal shelter after battling the main antagonist, Viggo Tarasov (Michael Nyqvist).

The new John Wick image, from the second movie of the trilogy (a fourth is on the way), sees John wearing more casual - but still roughed up - clothing alongside his new unnamed companion who returned for both John Wick: Chapter 2 and John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, the latter which introduced other dogs who were combat ready.

The dog's real-life name is Cha Cha and while referred to as "Boy" in the series, without a proper name, the pitbull is actually female. More importantly, this dog has survived every movie so far. A behind-the-scenes doc for John Wick was also released by Lionsgate and is worth a watch for fans:
