This weekend, Netflix is adding a new documentary series, a Halloween comedy movie, and the follow-up to an acclaimed horror TV series. With the coronavirus pandemic still going, streaming services continue to be the solution for studios to release those titles that couldn’t get a theatrical release, and they are still the go-to source of entertainment for many around the world. Luckily for Netflix users, the streaming giant has a long list of content ready to be added for months to come, while still having room for those movies that need a home amidst the pandemic.

Last weekend, and as it does on the first days of every month, Netflix added a long list of movies, most notably Basic Instinct, Cape Fear, Her, Troy, and House of 1000 Corpses. The platform also welcomed the drama movie The Boys in the Band, the rom-com TV series Emily in Paris, the comedy horror movie Vampires vs. the Bronx, and the documentary David Attenborough: A Life On Our Planet. This weekend, Netflix will bring the documentary Dolly Parton: Here I Am, the romance movie Walk Away From Love, season 6 of Schitt’s Creek, and the seventh and final season of The 100.
