Shrek has, of course, spawned an entire franchise since its release, but the original is still well worth a re-watch.

This time, he's battling the creatures of myth in a fantasy-style film that should please any comic fan.

Fans of The Walking Dead style post-apocalyptic survival watching have two new offerings to check out on Netflix this month: The Rain, and Cargo. The Rain is a Scandinavian series about two Danish siblings who have survived a toxic rain that killed most of the population. They meet up with some other teens, and must try and survive together and discover what killed the rest of the people. For those who would rather a movie than a series, there is also Cargo - a film starring Martin Freeman as a man struggling to save his infant daughter in post-apocalyptic Australia.
