It's February! That means Valentine's Day, the last weeks of winter, and a whole new crop of Netflix offerings for your streaming pleasure while it's still cold outside. This month, Netflix is bringing out a huge number of new Netflix Originals, from live-action anime to their first Indian love story, to straight up comedy, so there are plenty of brand new streamables for anyone in the mood to see something totally new. In addition, Netflix is adding multiple classic movies, from gangster flicks to gross-out comedy to family favorites.While there are also plenty of great movies and TV shows that are leaving the streaming service this February, there are enough on the way to more than make up for it, whether you feel like checking out a series, a solo movie, or bingeing a movie marathon.All release dates are for US Netflix, and may vary by region.Related: Everything Leaving Netflix This February

15. American Pie

Fans of gross-out comedy and teenage hijinks will be thrilled to know that no fewer than five of the American Pie series will be coming to Netflix this month. The original, American Pie, will be streamable from Feb 1, along with American Pie 2, American Pie Presents: Band Camp, American Pie Presents: The Book Of Love and American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile. American Wedding and American Pie: Reunion are the only films in the franchise not on Netflix now, although five is enough for any fan to binge this month!

14. Altered Carbon (Netflix Original)

One of the most anticipated new Netflix Originals of the year, Altered Carbon is the small-screen take on the novel of the same name. A dystopian sci-fi, the series begins with the premise that people are not their bodies, and consciousness can be transferred into a new host. From there, Altered Carbon delves into a murder mystery, filled with sex and violence. And with only ten episodes in the first season, this should be the binge-watch of the month.

13. Kill Bill Vols 1 & 2

Quentin Tarantino himself has made no secret of the fact that he doesn't like the streaming site, but Uma Thurman's blood-soaked Bride is nevertheless going to be added to the Netflix catalog this month, with Kill Bill Vol. 1 and Kill Bill Vol. 2 both coming to the streaming service in February. Kill Bill Vols 1 & 2 will be joining Pulp Fiction and Inglorious Basterds this month, so Tarantino fans can do some serious bingeing.

12. Everything Sucks (Netflix Original)

Netflix Original Everything Sucks

Having captured the 80s in Stranger Things, now Netflix goes 90s in this new series set in 1996, a coming of age dramedy that takes place in Oregon, in the town of Boring. Everything Sucks looks like a Netflix spin on Freaks and Geeks, with the AV club and drama nerds front and center and plenty of nostalgia expected over a time before smartphones.

11. Goodfellas

An absolute classic, Goodfellas will be joining Netflix's enviable catalog of gangster movies (including the Godfather trilogy and Scarface) this February. The life story of Henry Hill (Ray Liotta), Goodfellas has a star-studded cast and an Oscar under its belt, and routinely pops up on top movie lists - with good reason. Whether you choose to watch it solo, or go all out on a February gangster movie marathon, Goodfellas is always worth a re-watch.

Netflix Original Love Per Square Foot

10. Love Per Square Foot (Netflix Original)

Netflix's first original Indian film, Love Per Square Foot takes on a problem facing young people all over the world; the need to move out of their parents' homes, and the prohibitive cost of actually doing it. In the show, Sanjay (Vicky Kaushal) and Karina (Angira) decide to get married' in order to get a joint loan for a house. This promises to be a sweet romantic comedy that will be perfect V-Day viewing for couples who don't mind subtitles.

9. Men In Black

The Men In Black are back! This comedy classic starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones as dark-suited alien-hunters has been on Netflix before, but was removed last year. This month, the Men In Black return for another stint on the streaming service, although the two sequels (Men In Black II and Men In Black III) are not available in the US. However, they have been on Netflix in the past, so fans can cross their fingers for a reappearance that allows for a MIB marathon.

8. When We First Met (Netflix Original)

When We First Met is a Groundhog Day-esque rom-com is perfect for some light fun on Valentine's Day, as Noah (Adam DeVine) gets the chance to travel back in time to the night he met his dream girl¦ and make sure that she falls for him this time, instead of dumping him in the friend zone'. He discovers that he can get back time and time again, but it's a lot harder than he expects to create exactly the outcome that he wants¦

7. Oceans 11, 12 & 13

Time to catch up on your heist movies before the new, all-female Ocean's 8 hits the big screen this June. Oceans 11, Oceans 12, and Oceans 13 are all coming to Netflix this February, in perfect time for Valentine's Day - for those fans who would rather enjoy seeing master thief Danny Ocean (George Clooney) win back his wife with a heist than the usual soppy rom-com fare.

6. Fullmetal Alchemist (Netflix Original)

Netflix's attempt at a reworking of Death Note didn't exactly do as well as the streaming giant would have liked, but that doesn't mean that they are giving up on live action anime. The next adaptation, hitting this month, is Fullmetal Alchemist (which is listed as a Netflix Original, but which was released in Japan in 2017 by WB). The story of two brothers in a world where alchemy' is a respected form of magic, fans should note that Fullmetal Alchemist is subtitled (not that that will put off any long-time anime viewers!).

5. Meet The Parents/Meet The Fockers

Ben Stiller stars as the hapless Greg Focker in these lighthearted comedies, where Greg must find a way to impress his girlfriend's parents before he proposes, but everything goes wrong. Meet The Parents is followed by Meet The Fockers, when Greg and his fiancee introduce their parents to each other. A third film in the franchise, Little Fockers, is not currently available to stream on Netflix.

4. On Body And Soul (Netflix Original)

On Body and Soul

Netflix has nabbed the rights to the Hungarian film fest favorite On Body And Soul, for a February release. A film about two slaughterhouse workers who discover that they are sharing the same dream at night, this is certainly not a light and fluffy V-Day rom-com.

3. Ella Enchanted

This family-friendly offering is one of many takes on the classic fairy stories, first released in 2004. Starring Anne Hathaway as Ella, a young girl cursed with obedience - and unable to avoid doing anything she is told to. Her journey to break the curse and find a way to stand up for herself is a sweet story with a lesson for young girls (and boys) watching; that obedience isn't always the best way forward.

2. Mute (Netflix Original)

Another foray into sci-fi for Netflix, Mute is a sci-fi take on the noir genre, as a mute bartender (Alexander Skarsgard) delves into the criminal underworld of Berlin forty years in the future, searching for the missing love of his life. Described as a "spiritual sequel" to the cult hit Moon, Mute promises to be a colorful ride through a new kind of mystery.

1. Seven Seconds (Netflix Original)

Seven Seconds is an anthology crime drama, with the first season of ten episodes premiering this month. The series focuses on the police department of Jersey City after a black teen is severely injured by a local cop, and is sure to cause controversy by dealing with the extremely charged subject matter of racial tensions and police corruption.
