In February 2023, Netflix is bringing a documentary about a wealthy pet, the spinoff series of On My Block, season 4 of a popular thriller TV series, a rom-com starring two beloved comedy actors, season 3 of a successful action-adventure TV series, and a lot more. Netflix started 2023 strong with the release of the mystery thriller The Pale Blue Eye, the noir-thriller TV series Copenhagen Cowboy, season 2 of Vikings: Valhalla, the sitcom That ‘90s Show, the comedy movie You People, and the documentary Pamela, a love story.
On the licensed content front, February will see the addition of a wide variety of titles, most notably the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Damien Chazelle’s La La Land, the musical comedy Lye, Lyle, Crocodile, and the horror movie Ouija, and of course, there will be a lot of original content to choose from. Among the original titles Netflix subscribers will get to enjoy in February are a documentary about an unbelievably wealthy dog, On My Block’s spinoff series, part 1 of You season 4, a rom-com starring Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher, season 3 of Outer Banks, and a lot more. Over the past 30 years, Mian has built an empire on behalf of his canine boss, including glamorous real estate purchases, controversial social experiments, and one of the biggest tax fraud schemes of all time. This four-part docuseries searches the globe for answers, with access to never-before-seen archival material and conversations with Mian and the rest of Gunther’s longtime associates in hopes of understanding the complicated truth behind the world’s wealthiest dog.
