Floor is Lava Netflix host

Rutledge's first passion is obviously cars and viewers can take a look at his garage via his website. However, the father-of-three is a diverse talent. He also hosted Lost in Transmission on the History Channel but has branched out into hosting a variety of shows such as Southern & Hungry. It seems as though Rutledge is equally as enthusiastic when it comes to obstacle courses. Each Floor Is Lava episode sees Rutledge outline the rules, narrate each team's attempt, and then congratulate the winner. He has the pleasure of awarding the winning team with a lava lamp after they've climbed, jumped, run, and swung to the finish line.

From the unique set, which features a giant elephant, easter island head, and more, to the general concept of the show, Floor Is Lava is a show that requires a commanding presenter. Rutledge is obviously broadening his horizons even farther than racing, cars, and food with this Netflix addition which is surely going to entertain.
