The Fist is a Soul Card in the Ghostrunner-like FPS platformer Neon White that serves as White's fall-back default weapon whenever his sidearm has been depleted. As one might expect, using one's Fist when slaying Demons is less than ideal in combat. It is slower than the standard Katana and deals significantly less damage. Accordingly, acquiring the Fist Soul Card for the first time will reward parkour and freerunning gamer fans with the "Not Very Effective..." Achievement.

It is recommended that players do not use the Fist Soul Card if they are aiming to unlock the Ace Medal for a Level. Ace Medals require the protagonist to move as quickly and efficiently as possible, meaning that limiting oneself with the Fist will not do players any favors for progression. After all, most Levels cannot be completed without performing specific moves and abilities. Therefore, attempting to fall back on the Fist Soul Card for a more challenging experience will not work.

To unlock the Fist Soul Card in Neon White, players must use all the available attacks on their default Katana. The easiest way to do this would be by starting the first Level of Missions 1 and then slashing with the Katana sword 30 times to make the counter reach 0. Once this action has been done, the "Not Very Effective..." Achievement should indicate that players have successfully unlocked the Fist Soul Card.

Of course, depleting the Katana in Neon White can be done on any Level or Mission. After receiving the Achievement, players can quit the Level or press the F key to reset the Level and continue completing the stage. Additionally, there is another Achievement that players can acquire by continuing to use the First Soul Card in Neon White. To obtain the "Bloody Knuckles" Achievement, use White's Fists until the attack counter has been depleted. This action will cause the protagonist to die but unlocks "Bloody Knuckles" in the process.

Achievement hunters can also acquire another easy Achievement called "Parry," tasking players with parrying a projectile back at an enemy target in this Ghostrunner-style action FPS. This action can be performed using the Katana during any of the early Levels of Mission 1. Like the Fist Soul Card Achievement, completing this feat should take very little time and even helps players learn how to fend off enemy mobs with only their melee weapon.
