Raymond Reddington, aka the concierge of crime, always comes up with the smartest ways of committing crimes and always gets away with it. Red's criminal empire enjoys the support of the FBI, which is ironic but fair considering the fact that he carries The Blacklist in his head and always decides which Blacklister to take down. It is always interesting when he takes on a new enemy.

The Blacklist's supporting characters are, however, the spectacle that keeps fans glued to the show, and none has gained the love of the fans like Glen Carter aka, Jellybean (Clark Middleton) Red's people finder that works at the DMV. Glen is the only person that always manages to get Reddington angry, but the two have also had memorable moments in the show.

Best: The Flight To St.Petersburg

James Spader as Raymond Reddington in The Blacklist

When Red and Glen first met, Glen, stalled Red making him angry so he fired him, but he came back meaning Glen was the best finder Reddington could find. Glen, however, enjoys making Red angry and brings the best of humor to The Blacklist. Glen had been out of the country and probably been on a private jet before, but then a little lie to do it again wasn't bad, was it?

Jellybean is a pathological liar, and Red doesn't have a choice but to keep him around because he needed to find Alan Fitch's hidden safe. Glen did everything wrong on Red's jet, from snoring to removing his shoes during the flight making everyone uncomfortable. He also insulted Red's flight attendant, meaning that the flight was a disastrous experience for Reddington.

Worst: Going To The Wrong Apartment

The Blacklist, Glen Carter aka Jellybean

The only reason why Red brought Jellybean to St.Petersburg was that he claimed that Red couldn't find the apartment without him. However, when they finally reached the apartment, Red couldn't find a safe, and Glen wouldn't admit that he was wrong. After enduring Glen's mischief on the Jet, Red just couldn't take it anymore.

It turns out Glen had taken Red to apartment 212 instead of 221, which may have been an innocent mistake or another one of his jokes, but the anger on Red's face was just something else. Glen then blamed it on Dyslexia as usual, which he didn't have, and not taking his medicine, for which Red retorted, "there is no medicine for Dyslexia."

Best: The Camp after Robbing Rivera

Reddington and Glen after Taking Rivera's jet

The idea of Red and Glen sitting together in a camp sharing a beer doesn't sound possible, but it happened after Red went broke. The war with Berlin took a Toll on Reddington's empire and when he came out of it with no money and no house, guess who loaned him $1 million to buy guns for Rivera, Jellybean.

After scaring Rivera into leaving his jet and the guns behind using fake cops, Reddington sat down to toast over a beer with the scared Glen. Glen getting out of the trees scared and farting but happy that everything was alright was one of the best moments of the show. They didn't have fuel and a pilot for the jet though.

Worst: Reddington In The DMV Queue

Reddington quarelling with Jellybean

Reddington had to jump the queue and storm Glen's office and fire him when he made him wait in the queue with the rest of the people for 45 minutes only to be told the job wasn't done. Glen hated the way Reddington only came to him when he needed something, but Red thought Glen was only a finder and only existed "to find things." To humble Red, Glen always made sure the DMV queue moved slower than usual when Red was waiting.

The sight of Red's anger as he watches Glen smile from behind the desk always seems to amuse Glen. Once, he blamed the long queue on the vending machine, which Red replaced, but Glen's speed never improved. The second time, Red decided to offer him "two blondes" before he could get things done. While Red is bossy and slightly ungrateful, his anger at Glen is always provoked, which is unfair of the little guy.

Best: When Red Brought Glen Two Pomeranians

The Blacklist-Allistair Pitt

Glen never seems to have anything going in his life except piss off Reddington and maybe help his mother. When Reddington promised to get him two lovely blondes so he would never be lonely again if he found Vasila Patinka, it seemed like things would finally change for him.

The only blondes Red had were the two Pomeranians he had taken for the dead Blacklister, Allistair Pitt. Glen was surprised when he got four-legged blondes instead of human beings. He was mad at Red, but he later came to love Marilyn and Monroe, meaning Red knew precisely what he needed.

Worst: When He Messed Red's Jury Hearing

The Blacklist Season 6-Glen and the Jury

Red really needed a friend when Liz sold him out and got him arrested. With the death penalty on the table, Glen was his last hope of swaying the judge against killing him. Their phone call before the hearing was all fine as Glen gave Reddington some hope when he said he wouldn't leave his fate to the hands of strangers.

However, when Glen came to the court, he seemed more interested in getting thrown out than he had claimed. His sharp mouth somehow brought up his previous criminal record after Reddington defended him with his lovely story about accepting outcasts. Red's was depressed when he finally told Jellybean that he had messed up his last option.

Best: When Glen Nearly Lost The Scranton Contest

Blacklist Season 7, Touch the hard body contest in Scranthon

Reddington rarely showed mercy to his operatives after failing at their job until Glen lost his $12 million truck and had to fight for it in Scranton. Instead of scolding his and being angry, Red just felt sorry for him, which was very unlike Reddington.

Glen seemed ready to collapse from the tough challenge when Reddington decided to intervene. The stubborn priest wasn't going to give up the "touch a hard body" contest even when Red offered to pay him off. Red somehow managed to convince the "father" to walk away, but Glen thought he had won, and Red let him have his fun.

Worst: When Glen Stalled Reddington With Casino Night

The Blacklist-Orion Relocation Services

Glen always has excuses for not doing Reddington's jobs, but Reddington tolerates most of it and simply frowns it off. When he came to ask for help finding information on Orion Relocation services, Red was in a war with Katarina Rostova, and he was losing.

Glen didn't seem to care about Red's problems as he kept stalling about being hungry and having to prepare for his casino night. Although his casino night claim was true this time around, and he always bet on Red, Red's problems were bigger. Jellybean provoked Red so much that he had to grab a sandwich from him and dump it, which was the most physical Red ever got with anyone in The Blacklist.

Best: When Dembe Brought Glen's New Car

Jellybean the tiger, The Blacklist Season 7

Glen and Red are the type of friends that don't want to openly admit that they like each other since they both have an ego. However, in Scranton, Glen broke first and admitted his love for Reddington, telling him he cared more about their friendship than "some car." Red was super-pleased with poor Glen as he enjoyed a victory that he (Red) had bought.

The best part is that Reddington celebrated Glen's victory by giving him exactly what he needed once again; A brand new convertible with DC plates. It was the best gift Glen had received from Reddington throughout their time together, and Glen was happy for once in his life.

Worst: When Glen Lost Red's Tritium Truck

The Shipment Fronm Tokyo, Red and Jellybean, The Blacklist season 7

Reddington had a contract with the CIA to smuggle Tritium for them from Japan, and Glen was the man tasked with getting the first shipment to Houston because he works at the DMV. Glen is always clumsy, though, and this time, he couldn't even get the VIN right, which pissed off Reddington.

Glen made it worse by asking Red if he could fly business class to Scranton to retrieve the truck he had lost, hilariously claiming that it was for his back. Glen's don't-care reaction to Red's rage was kind of hilarious, but Reddington was obviously pissed, and the two weren't on the best of terms until Glen made things right in Scranton.
