Warning! Spoilers ahead for My Hero Academia chapter 333!

The brilliant contingency plan that My Hero Academia's top American hero Star and Stripe prepared before her battle with All For One just turned his victory into a prospective disaster - and yet, that might not actually be the case.

Aware of All For One's desire to steal Star and Stripe's coveted New Order quirk, she imposed a rule before the battle on the actual ability itself that would cause New Order to "revolt against other quirks" should he strip it from her. The moment that All For One acquires New Order, he begins to feel his other quirks cannibalizing each other, in essence, destroying each other. This would effectively leave him with only New Order if left unattended. That would obviously be troublesome indeed for the villain. Up until this moment, All For One's success had been predicated on him using his namesake to steal One For All, but if New Order cannibalizes All For One then he will never be able to take All Might's former power from Deku.

But if he is somehow able to override Star and Stripe's rule and impose his own decree that can protect All For One before it's destroyed, then Star and Stripe may have just involuntarily blessed him with a new weapon that will allow him to eliminate other quirks - a phenomenon he thought was impossible until now. In a perfect scenario, All For One can create a new decree that allows All For One to coexist with New Order, on top of the current rule already in effect thanks to Star and Stripe. This is possible because, up until the latest chapter, it was proven that New Order allows users to impose two rules on two objects other than themselves simultaneously. So, All For One could, in theory, use his namesake to first impose the quirk-destroying New Order on a victim, thus ridding them of their power forever, and then grab New Order back. However, he wouldn't be able to wield One For All.

However, the fact that Star and Stripe imposed a new reality  before the battle changes everything. It was  assumed she could only impose two realities simultaneously. But this new information means that New Order actually allows the user to have three rules in effect. This is important because if All For One successfully decreed that he could coexist with New Order, then he would only have two of realities in use: The first would be the one of Star and Stripe's doing, where New Order revolts against other quirks, and the second would be that All For One can coexist with New Order. He could therefore create a new rule that allows One For All to coexist with New Order as well. Unfortunately, this would use up all three rules, so he could impose a new reality that allows both All For One and One For All to coexist with New Order, thus eliminating the need for the first two rules, giving him the ability to make two additional decrees in future battles.

All of this could easily be disproven since America has successfully kept the secrets of Star and Stripe's New Order quirk under lock and key, so there is still a lot All For One (and the rest of the world) doesn't know. More will be undoubtedly revealed in the next chapter of My Hero Academia.
