Initially introduced as a potential love interest for series protagonist Izuku Midoriya, My Hero Academia's Ochaco Uraraka has since flourished as a fan-favorite member of U.A.'s Class 1-A. Inspired by the courage of her closest friends and boasting an unbridled determination to be the best hero she can be, Uraraka is without a doubt one of the most relentlessly positive characters in the series.

While we would hate to see her character diminished to a mere vehicle for fan service, it's hard to deny how adorable she can be. Whether she's fawning over Deku or going above and beyond to support her classmates, here are 10 of Ochaco Uraraka's cutest moments.

Or I'll Just Die (S1 E3)

The first meeting between Uraraka and Midoriya in My Hero Academia.

Perhaps it's an obvious choice, but Uraraka's series debut in the third episode of the first season doubles as one of her most adorable moments.

Moments before entering the halls of Japan's fabled U.A. High, Izuku Midoriay trips, and, before falling face-first into the pavement, remarks "...or I'll just die." Fortunately, Uraraka was there to save him with her Quirk. She then lightheartedly asks Izuku "isn't this all way nervewracking?" He then mutters a response, and, after she walks, remarks to himself "holy whoa, I just talked to a girl!" From the very start, Midoriya and Uraraka set a precedent for melting the hearts of fans.

Hero Costume Reveal (S1 E6)

Ohaco Uraraka's hero costume in My Hero Academia.

Though it's definitely one of the more fan-servicey moments involving Uraraka, the reveal of the fledgling hero's costume is nonetheless adorable. After All Might takes Class 1-A out for a training exercise, they don their costumes for the first time, and we're treated to a flashback that grants insight into the sentimental value of Deku's new uniform.

Deku then meets Uraraka and is blindsided by her uncharacteristically revealing attire. She's clearly embarrassed, remarking that her costume is "not really my style," and, once again, it's a very memorable moment involving the two.

Let's Hear It For Camp

Uraraka, Kamanari, and Ashido in My Hero Academia.

Yet another delightful Deku and Uravity moment occurs at the beginning of the second episode of season three. Class 1-A and 1-B are about to embark on a trip to a remote location for some intensive quirk training, and the students are excited to begin their adventure. Uraraka, in a particularly ambitious mood, rushes up to Midoriya, yelling "I'm so psyched! I've been looking forward to this camp all semester."

She then remembers what Aoyama insinuated about their relationship and, embarrassed, backs away, awkwardly engaging the other classmates with the chant of "let's hear it for camp!"

Flashback (S5 E3)

Uraraka punching herself in a season five episode of My Hero Academia.

Though the most recent season of My Hero Academia seems to have a particular focus on pro heroes like Hawks and Endeavor, fans have been treated to a few memorable moments from Class 1-A thus far. One of the best occurs in the midst of a training exercise in the season's third episode. Midoriya comments on some of the upgrades Mei Hatsume made to his costume, and the mere mention of Hatsume's name triggers a flashback in Uraraka's mind.

She recalls a moment from an earlier season when Izuku accidentally got a fairly revealing look at the support student, and Uraraka reflexively punches herself in the face in an effort to get the thought out of her head.

Saving Deku (S1 E4)

Uraraka saves Deku during the U.A. entrance exam in My Hero Academia.

Overwhelmed during the U.A. entrance exam, Midoriya makes up for his inaction early on by leaping to the rescue to save an injured Uraraka. After taking down a massive robot, he plummets to the ground, and, unable to stop his fall, is saved at the last second when Uraraka slaps him in mid-air, using her Quirk to gently lower him to the ground. After that inspiring act of heroism, Uraraka promptly vomits.

A crucial moment between the two, this is easily one of Uraraka's best moments from the series' first season.

Let's Team Up (S2 E4)

Uraraka teaming up with Midoriya in My Hero Academia's second season.

Midoriya finds himself in some trouble during the second round of the U.A. sports festival; after having won the first round, he has become a valuable target, causing his classmates to shy away from him.

Yet, despite his situation, Uraraka is willing to team up with him, enthusiastically declaring that "it's better to team up with people you like." Deku's reaction is priceless, responding with "I just thought my chest was gonna explode for a second." It's an adorable moment that hopefully foreshadows a more romantic relationship between the two somewhere down the line.

That's Weird (S4 E1)

Uraraka watching Midoriya in the first episode of My Hero Academia's fourth season.

The first episode of My Hero Academia's fourth season primarily follows a freelance reporter investigating U.A. in the hopes of finding out who All Might's successor may be. He spends quite a while interviewing Midoriya, and Uraraka can't help but take notice.

Just before leaving, the reporter grabs a hold of Midoriya and takes an impromptu snapshot of him. As he does this, Uraraka presses herself against the window she was peering out of, remarking "uh, that's weird." Her incredulous overreaction was particularly heartwarming, and it was yet another cute moment in which Uraraka's feelings betrayed her otherwise collected exterior.

Was That A Boy? (S2 E18)

Uraraka and Gunhead from My Hero Academia.

After a harrowing encounter with Hero Killer Stain that resulted in Ida, Todoroki, and Midoriya sustaining some serious injuries, Deku converses with Uraraka over the phone while she's training with the pro hero Gunhead. Uraraka expresses concern over the events, but she's cut short by her mentor.

Despite his intimidating exterior, Gunhead inquires "was that a boy?" Flustered, Uraraka responds with "um, yeah, but it's not like that." Izuku, meanwhile, completely loses his cool, trembling as he says "I can't believe I talked to a girl on the phone!" On the whole, it's one of the most wholesome moments in the entire series.

It's Love! (S3 E15)

Uraraka flustered over Deku in My Hero Academia's third season.

In the midst of working to further develop their quirks, the girls of Class 1-A are hanging out in the U.A. dorms, and, despite everyone else's exhausting, Uraraka seems a bit more excitable than usual. After stating that her heart has "been all stirred up about something," Ashido quickly blurts out "it's love," a notion which Uraraka does her best to refute.

However, her true feelings are revealed once she spies Midoriya practicing his new moves just outside. It's easily one of the cutest moments in the series and a definite highlight from the otherwise action-packed third season.

Is It Because You Like Him? (S2 E23)

Ochaco Uraraka talking to Aoyama in My Hero Academia's second season.

The final arc of My Hero Academia's second season focuses on Class 1-A's final exams. Two classmates must go up against one hero, and Uraraka and Aoyama must face off against the Black Hole hero, Thirteen.

Clinging desperately to a rail, Uraraka tries to come up with a way out of their predicament, but Aoyama provides some unintentional motivation by suggesting that she's thinking of Izuku Midoriya because she likes him. This shocks Ochaco, but her surprise quickly morphs into determination, and she springs into action and handcuffs Thirteen, remarking "I'm a mini Battle Hero," in one of her most defining scenes in the anime.
