Jennifer Aniston: We quit our jobs.

Adam Sandler: She was a hairdressing No more. She's done. I was a cop. Well, I'm done with that.

Jennifer Anitson: You're done with it, but we decided to go into what we thought we were really good at in the first movie.

Adam Sandler: We wanted to make some serious coin and start detecting.

I love the chemistry that you guys have in this film, and you can really feel the love that you guys have for each other. Can you talk to me about playing off of each other and how much of what is on the screen is improv and how much of that is on the page?

Adam Sandler: There's a lot of page.

Jennifer Aniston: A lot of page and a lot of play.

Adam Sandler: And we do our thing. We goof around try to come up with something. If it works great. If it doesn't, we still got the page.

The action in this is elevated to the next level. This is pretty much an action movie with comedy.

Jennifer Aniston: That was what we intended to do.

I loved it! Can you talk to me about working with the stunt teams and just elevating the action on this film?

Jennifer Aniston: God bless your stunt teams. They're incredible. How their bodies are still alive I don't understand it.

Adam Sandler: Her stunt woman is cool. She's tough.

Jennifer Aniston: She was incredible. Kelly, first woman man anyone to hang from the Eiffel Tower.

Adam Sandler: My stuntman did a lot of cool stunts, but I would go, "Hang on, hang on. Let me just do one of those." And they use mine instead of most of the time. Paul knows that.

Murder Mystery 2 is a fun whodunit, and the whodunit theme is starting to really come back. Are there any other famous detectives that you would like to see Nick and Audrey team up with? Rian Johnson also has a deal on Netflix just saying.

Adam Sandler: That'd be fantastic. Rian, go ahead and knock one out for us. Bogart.

Jennifer Aniston: Bond. He's a spy, but he could help us. We could team up with him.

You guys shot this in Paris, and it's one of my favorite cities in the world. Can you talk to me about what the energy of the city brought to the shoot?

Adam Sandler: I didn't know it at all. So I was just baffled every day walking around that city.

Jennifer Aniston: He'd just, "Can you believe this place? This is insane!"

Adam Sandler: It's crazy. Everywhere you walk is cool and historic and great vibe. Great food.

Jennifer Aniston: You always wonder if the people that live there. Do they just sit there and go this is the most beautiful city in the world?

Adam Sandler: It's shockingly cool.

You guys are also producers on this film. Can you talk to me about how you wanted to elevate this film from the first one?

Adam Sandler: She wanted to look better, have more stunts have more action. I just wanted per diem to go up. I said can we get another hundred?

Jennifer Aniston: I think [we] wanted to make it just bigger and more Bourne movie, but with comedy.

I love this franchise. And I want to see a third Murder Mystery. So what does it look like for the Spitz's if we are spitballing and going into a third Murder Mystery film?

Jennifer Aniston: Well, we have to really split all this one because we've got to figure it out.

Adam Sandler: We've got to make it fresh. We stay married though, right? .

Jennifer Aniston: Yeah!

Adam Sandler: We're gonna be married in the third. That's all we got so far. We still love each other or is it a weird thing?

Jennifer Aniston: Of course we still love each other!

Adam Sandler: We still love each other.

Jennifer Aniston: We don't know what would happen between this one and that one. So anything could happen. We're goign to find out because right now it's a mystery to us.
