While Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Runaways, and DC's Doom Patrol continue to make waves in the mainstream for good reason, a plethora of equally compelling and fantastical superhero series are waiting in the wings. These under-the-radar episodic adventurous dramas are, like their more popular counterparts, streaming on all the major services.

From darkly comedic to deeply psychological to wholly heartwarming, these under-watched and critically hailed titles span the spectrum when it comes to exploring superhero themes.
