The allure to unlocking 8 Star Quests is rooted in the Elder Dragon's fun but challenging fights, the incredible armor, and weaponry they provide, and to progress in the story. However, meeting the conditions to unlock these quests can be a difficult process.

To unlock the initial battle with any Elder Dragon, players must go to the area in which the Dragon resides and undergo a lengthy investigation. During the investigation, players need to pick up footprints, gashes, scale/spikes/feathers, and any other traces of the Elder Dragons' existence in the area. After completing these requirements you will gain access to the Required Quest for each Elder Dragon.
