With Part 2 of the final season nearing, Spotify is teaming up with Netflix’s Money Heist to bring fans playlists curated specifically for the series’ characters. The series debuted in Spain in May 2017 before Netflix acquired the show and began distributing it just months later in December of the same year. The crime-drama that is still known as La casa de papel in Spain, follows a mysterious and daring criminal known as “The Professor,” (Alvaro Morte) and his team who individually go by names of large cities as their aliases, as they attempt multiple seemingly impossible heists. Money Heist is currently on its final season, which was split into two parts, with the second part due out December 3rd on Netflix.

With Money Heist’s end on the horizon, Spotify is now offering fans the experience to listen to playlists that were entirely curated for favorite characters from the Netflix hit. There are currently nine playlists in total, featuring music that is tailored to each character’s own tastes, with playlists for the Professor, Tokyo, Berlin, Stockholm, Lisbon, Marseille, Denver, Rio, and Alicia Sierra.

Spotify and Netflix have been known to team up before, like with their curated playlist for Lucifer characters in July of this year. With a series that has become known for the anthem that is “Bella Ciao,” it’s no surprise that Spotify had more music to add to the haunting Money Heist catalog. From Jack White to Britney Spears, fans can now check out which character of the crime-drama they share musical interests with, thanks to Spotify. Money Heist season 5 part 2 will be airing on Netflix on December 3rd.
