A new trailer for Hulu's MODOK reveals Wonder Man, Iron Man, and more Marvel cameos. While Marvel Studios' Disney+ series get much of the attention, MODOK is a stop-motion animated comedy series from the now-defunct studio Marvel Television. The show features Marvel characters, but MODOK exists outside of the core MCU timeline. Created by comedian Patton Oswalt, who also lends his voice to the titular character, the series follows the megalomaniacal supervillain MODOK (which stands for Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing) after he is ousted as the head of his evil organization AIM for years of failing to defeat Earth’s mightiest heroes.

Now, the upcoming Hulu series has a trailer showcasing its Marvel cameos, including ones from Iron Man (voiced by Jon Hamm) and Wonder Man (Nathan Fillion). The series is animated by Stoopid Buddy Studios, the same studio responsible for Robot Chicken. The trailer features plenty of laughs and even sees MODOK travel to Asgard, all set to Third Eye Blind's '90s hit “Semi-Charmed Life,” which finds its way into the context of the show. The show's talented cast of voice actors also includes Bill Hader, Whoopi Goldberg, Beck Bennett, Ben Schwartz, Jon Daly, Melissa Fumero, and Aimee Garcia. If Marvel fans are looking for another series after the season finale of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and before Loki arrives in June, Hulu's MODOK may be able to fill that void as the first season premieres on May 21st.
