Ariel Winter recently agreed that a Modern Family spin-off about Alex would be a great idea, telling Digital Spy, "That would be pretty cool. I wouldn't be opposed to that. That would be awesome!" Viewers would be happy with any future episodes as all 11 seasons of the show are as funny as they are heartfelt and full of emotion.

Season 1: Phil Says That He's Cool

The season 5 episode "Under Pressure" is tough for Alex as she shares that she's overwhelmed with school. When Alex sees a therapist, she shares her worry about the future.
This is one of the more serious quotes on the sitcom and shows that Alex has been trying to be perfect for so long, but this isn't making her happy. As Alex gets older, she realizes that it's a good thing that she loves learning, but she can have some fun and find some balance, too.

In the season 7 episode "Spread Your Wings," Gloria and Cam work together on Gloria's hot sauce company, locating blood peppers. The characters start fighting as they let their egos get in the way. This is a callback to Mitch saying earlier that Cam gets upset during a break-up.
Cam's words are the best quote from season 7 as he lets himself get swept up in an emotional moment and doesn't realize that what he's saying is actually hurtful. This makes the show relatable, as everyone says the wrong thing to family members sometimes. Gloria is strong, smart, and knows that she can do anything that she puts her mind to.
Season 8: Luke Tricks His Parents

It's sweet watching Manny and Luke graduate from high school, and it's hilarious when Luke comes up with a plan: he'll buy a car, pretend to give to his parents, and then wait for them to return the gift to him.
Luke's character development might not seem quite as clear, as he maintains his childlike innocence and desire to have fun at all times even as he gets older. But Luke does grow up and in the series finale, he makes the big decision to go to college. While Luke might still be acting like a kid in this scene, he's beginning the process of growing up, and he can't help but want a fancy car.
Season 9: Jay Wants To Bond With His Family
"I asked for one thing: to share a memory with all of us, with me at the center of us."
The season 9 premiere "Lake Life" features a great family vacation as everyone enjoys some time in the sun by a lake. Jay is upset from the beginning as he wants everyone to spend time with him so they always associate him with good times and happiness.
Jay's quote is the best from season 9 as he sounds a bit overly confident and conceited since he wants his family to pay attention to him. Jay's words are sweeter than they seem because he ultimately wants to connect because he loves his relatives, who are really important to him.
Season 10: Dylan Accepts Haley's Proposal

Haley and Dylan's Modern Family relationship involves Haley proposing to Dylan in season 10. They're expecting twins and it's amazing to think how far they have come since they dated back in high school.
Fans knew that Haley and Dylan's engagement would be as silly as they are, and Dylan doesn't disappoint with his declaration that he always dreamed of someone asking him to marry them. Even though the couple can be immature, it's moving watching them start a family and start a life together.
Season 11: Haley Gets Emotional About Saying Goodbye

It's tough to watch the Modern Family series finale without tearing up as the characters say goodbye to each other with so many of them moving away. Mitch and Cam are heading to Missouri, Manny is traveling, Luke is going to college, Haley is moving out, and Alex is moving for a research job.
When Haley says that it might be a while before the family sees each other, it's an incredibly emotional and heartfelt quote, summing up all of season 11 and the entire sitcom as well. It's also important that Haley says these words as it proves that she is growing up and she appreciates how close her family is.
