Over the years Minecraft has become a place for players to showcase their creativity and skills as builders. Players challenge themselves to go for big and impressive builds, like one player's replica of the Ghostbusters' Ecto-1, but sometimes players take on smaller scale builds to help other players out and teach them how to use in-game space in a stylish and effective way. A Minecraft player recently took to Reddit to do just that and shared some garden decorating hacks with fellow players.

Minecraft is well-known for its ability to allow players to build elaborate things. From cities to movie sets to different video game consoles there seem to be endless opportunities for players to flex their creative muscles. Each new build showcases how impressive players can be, but not everyone is able to immediately become the Picasso of the Minecraft world. Players can take a few years to become proficient at building and then years to build their masterpiece. Building on a massive scale isn't everyone's cup of tea. Some players enjoy creating smaller builds and looking for the best way to make their in-game homes comfortable and space-efficient.

User Meow Craft uploaded a video of their garden build hacks and showed some tips and tricks that newer builders can take into their own games. Their main hack was to use trapdoors as decorations, which give the plants the illusion of being in a wooden planter. They also showed how to use a fence post and chain to make it look as though these planters were hanging on the wall. Later into the video, meow_craft also showed that when placing a flower pot on a dirt block and then removing the dirt block will make the flower pot stay mid-air, also giving them the hanging plant look. Some of the ways meow_craft used different items are impressive and out of the box. For example, the fact they used trap doors to make a table for potted plants is something that not everyone would think of. The innovation is endless and players have proven that even building mazes in Minecraft can be impressive.

Meow_craft's video also showed how to make a decorative tree using materials such as bamboo, Azalea Leaves, and various flowers. They also shared tips on how to make a flower garden that lights up at night, a decorative pumpkin patch, and a bamboo planter. These tips might seem simple for those who have been playing for a while, but they are great tips for players to keep in mind when they build their own in-game gardens.

With how vast Minecraft is, it can be intimidating to know where to start when trying to build in-game. It can take years to be able to build something as impressive as a one-to-one scale model of the Seattle Space Needle in Minecraft. These tips and tricks can be helpful for newer players who are just looking to get started with the basics of the game. Users who create tutorials are giving new and old builders ideas that can grow from there. From small houses to giant works of art, the Minecraft community is always there to help out and guide new players in the right direction.
