Heather Bilyeu Altman from Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles has been keeping herself busy since she and the cast wrapped filming for season 12. Not only is she selling multi-million dollar homes in the Los Angeles area, but she is also the mother of two beautiful children. However, with the help of her husband, Josh Altman, Heather is able to succeed in her career and as a mother.
The real estate agent joined the cast of MDLLA alongside Madison Hildebrand as his colleague and close friend. Their friendship became rocky shortly after Heather began a relationship with Madison's real estate rival, Josh. Heather's relationship with Josh became serious, which completely ended her friendship with Madison. Since then, the three real estate agents have put their rivalry behind them, even if Heather and Madison are no longer close.
The reality star has been spending most of her time selling LA mansions since season 12 wrapped. Heather's Instagram is filled with beautiful homes in the LA area that range from $1.6 million to well over $15 million. In October 2020, the mother of two sold a waterfront property in Laguna Beach for $14.25 million. The home featured views overlooking Shaw's Cove, stunning sunsets, and updated appliances. Her most recent listing is a Hollywood Hills home on the market for $2.7 million. The home is located just above the Sunset Strip with a classic Spanish Mediterranean exterior. It seems as though Heather is working just as hard as her husband in the real estate industry.
When she isn't selling homes left and right, Heather spends time with her two children and Josh. The couple are parents to their four-year-old daughter, Alexis, and their one-year-old son, Ace. Heather recently celebrated Alexis' fourth birthday by sharing a series of photos of her baby girl in commemoration of her big day. "Happy 4th Birthday to my baby girl Lexi!" she wrote, adding, "You are such an incredible little girl with so much love and kindness to give. You are so smart and inquisitive, silly and playful with a little spice. You make mommy and daddy so proud." Heather also celebrated her fifth wedding anniversary with her husband, Josh. She shared a series of photos from their wedding in Aspen, where Josh's parents live.
Besides killing it in the LA real estate business, Heather has met many milestones within her family since filming for season 12 of MDLLA ended. Not only has she sold and received listings for several multi-million dollar homes, but Heather has also gotten some much-needed one-on-one time with her babies. We cannot wait to see what else Heather has been up to when season 13 of MDLLA starts filming.
