Netflix's Million Dollar Beach House showcases the stressful yet rewarding lives of a couple of real estate agents in the Hamptons. James Giugliano comes across as the most successful realtor on the show. He keeps away from drama and focuses only on selling houses and making lots of money. Let's have a closer look at his life and see how he is behind the cameras.

Million Dollar Beach House follows the professional and personal lives of Nest Seeker's real estate agents - JB Andreassi, Michael Fulfree, Noel Roberts, Peggy Zabakolas, and James Giugliano. All the agents are trying their best to sell their listings by helping each other with the clients. While Selling Sunset cast members majorly work with residential properties, Million Dollar Beach House agents try to sell holiday homes, which sounds a lot more difficult. Still, James emerges as the top and most successful agent of the brokerage.

James introduces himself on the show by stating he has made around $200 million in commission last year. Holy! From the first episode, he establishes that he isn't going to participate in backbiting or any sort of office politics. He is serious, composed, and means business and, most importantly, the numbers! Born in Southampton, the Netflix star went to Stony Brook University in New York. Distractify reports that he has a degree in business management. But, he isn't all about business as he's got a soft side as well. In 2011, he started dating his now-wife, Kelsey. The couple tied the knot four years back - in the fall of 2016. And during the show, he announced that they were expecting. A little sneak peek into his IG account reveals that he welcomed his son, Rocco, in January this year. Check out the adorable picture he recently posted with his 8-month-old son.

His IG grid features lovely pictures of his wife, baby, and the listings he had sold. Lately, he has been dealing with multimillion-dollar properties, which are also among the topmost expensive listings in the Hamptons. In June last year, he was able to sell a mansion worth 39.25 million dollars. Now imagine the commission he took home. Right now, he is co-listed with a property in Bridgehampton, which is worth 35 million dollars.

While talking about his successful career, the reality star said, "I mean, you can see me, I went from zero to being one of the top brokers in five years. You have to breathe it, eat it and sleep it. You can't have two or three other jobs. You can't do this part time and watch your kids. It's impossible to make money unless you're all in." Sounds like great advice to newbies who plan to enter the real estate industry.
