Now, audiences have been blessed with Million Dollar Beach House. Real estate agents Noel, J.B., Peggy, Michael, and Jimmy work at the Nest Seekers International brokerage, selling expensive beachfront homes in the Hamptons. Having premiered just days ago, the first season has already secured a top spot as number five in Netflix's top ten!
There is so much to know about the man behind the brokerage. Eddie Shapiro is a husband and father-of-three. He's also the Founder, CEO, and President of Nest Seekers International, which has already been featured in reality TV shows, such as Million Dollar Listing New York. Shapiro from Million Dollar Beach House got his start in real estate in the 1990s. After experiencing some success, he went on to found Nest Seekers International in 2001. Almost twenty years later, the company has twenty offices around the globe and employs almost 1,000 real estate agents. The company has multiple offices in New York and also sells real estate in Beverly Hills, Miami, New Jersey, and London.
Shapiro has clearly built quite the empire with his real estate company but that isn't his only claim to fame. He has also dabbled in different aspects of real estate, including hospitality management, real estate technology, marketing, and branding. He's no stranger to investing, developing, or construction projects, either. Through his business, his experience, and his other assets, this millionaire's net worth is estimated at $25 million. That's quite a high net worth, but in comparison to other CEOs, such as Jeff Bezos (who owns Amazon), plus the amount of time he has spent growing his empire, it's not as high as some people might expect it to be.
