Netflix’s new reality show Million Dollar Beach House shows you how lucrative the real estate business can be. While all of the brokers on the show made a lot of money, the one who made the most may surprise you.

The show follows a group of young brokers trying to make it big in The Hamptons, New York. Specializing in ultra-luxury properties means that the stakes are high, and the commissions are even higher. These multi-million-dollar homes are so expensive that some commissions alone can net over one million dollars to the clever broker who makes the sale. Starting from the broker who made the least in the series and going up the one who made the most, here is a break down of how much each of them made that summer.

Noel Roberts

Noel Roberts Million Dollar Beach House on Netflix

Coming in last place is the distinguished yet reserved Noel Roberts, earning $118,688 in overall commissions. While most of us would love to make that kind of money in one summer, Noel made far less than the other brokers on the show.

Michael Fulfree

Next up is Michael “I’m having a baby” Fulfree, pulling in $1,110,000 in total commissions. That is almost ten times as much as his runner up! Michael is a well-established broker who grew up in the Hamptons. The fact that he is a local may likely contribute to his success.

J.B. Andreassi

JB Andreassi from Million Dollar Beach House

Coming in third is underdog J.B. Andreassi, with a total of $1,547,375 in commissions for the summer season. J.B. is a rookie in the game and is not afraid to share that with the audience. Kudos to him for swooping in making it big in his hometown.

 Jimmy Giugliano

Second place goes to the head honcho James "Jimmy" Giugliano who took home $1,616,063 in overall commissions. Over the course of the summer Jimmy sold the most homes out of all the brokers, but it was not quite enough to get him first place for our list.

Peggy Zabakolas

Peggy Zabakolas: Netflix: Million Dollar Beach House

In first place with a whopping $2,379,700 in total commissions we have drama Queen Peggy Zabakolas. While Peggy might not have had the most pleasant summer regarding her relationships with her coworkers, she focused on the money and really showed them who the true boss is!

All the brokers made a bunch of money over the summer, and while only one came in first place, they all should be proud of their sales and commissions. If you want to get to know the whole squad, and see the beautiful homes they sold, check out the first season of Million Dollar Beach House out now on Netflix!
