Searchlight Pictures has released a brand-new trailer for their upcoming dark comedy horror movie The Menu starring Ralph Fiennes and Anya Taylor-Joy. Directed by Mark Mylod (Game of Thrones) and produced by Adam McKay (Don't Look Up) and Betsy Koch, The Menu features an ensemble cast alongside Fiennes and Taylor-Joy, including the likes of Nicholas Hoult (X-Men: First Class), John Leguizamo (Encanto), Hong Chau, Janet McTeer, Judith Light, Aimee Carrero, and Paul Adelstein. The story of The Menu revolves around a young couple (Hoult and Taylor-Joy) who travel to a remote island to eat at an exclusive restaurant where Chef Slowik has prepared a sumptuous menu with some shocking surprises.
Now, Searchlight Pictures have dropped a brand-new trailer for The Menu, putting the spotlight on Ralph Fiennes' sinister Chef Slowik as he sends his ill-fated guests into a frenzy. Supported by an unsettling background score setting up the cult-like atmosphere of the secluded island-based restaurant, the trailer begins with Taylor-Joy and Hoult's characters arriving at the remote location, where the daunting head chef calls the shots. As his guests settle down for an appetizing set of meals, the evening turns deadly when Taylor-Joy begins to suspect Chef Slowik's intentions. Check out the trailer below:

Fresh off Matthew Vaughn's action flick The King's Man, Fiennes is currently working on several projects, including a reunion with Wes Anderson for The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar, where he will star alongside Benedict Cumberbatch. As for Taylor-Joy, the Northman and Last Night In Soho actress is hard at work on George Miller's highly-anticipated Mad Max: Fury Road prequel Furiosa, which is filming in Australia. Moviegoers can catch the two stars, along with the rest of the talented cast, when The Menu makes its theatrical debut on November 18, 2022.
