Below Deck season 10 premieres on Nov. 21, and in addition to Captain Lee Roshbach, chef Rachel Hargrove, and chief stew Fraser Olender returning, Camille Lamb joins as a new deckhand and stew. Since its debut in 2013, the Below Deck franchise has expanded with several spin-offs, including Below Deck Mediterranean and its newest venture, Below Deck Adventure. After months of anticipation, Below Deck season 10 was finally announced at the popular event BravoCon, which was held in October.

Although many viewers weren't happy with previous season, Bravo's trailer for Below Deck season 10 shows copious amounts of dramatic hookups, drunk charter guests, and potential exits in store. Despite the crew's best attempts to get along, lines are eventually drawn, with a possible feud hinted between Camille and stew Alissa Hunter. While one concerning scene features firemen advising an evacuation, Captain Lee, who joined Below Deck season 9 late, ominously explains to the crew, "My mind's there, my heart's there, but my body just won't cooperate. So, I've made a decision." As a joint deckhand and stew, Camille is frequently featured throughout the trailer. Here's what Below Deck viewers should know about her.

Camille Lamb Competed On American Idol Season 19

Some fans might have recognized Camille throughout the Below Deck season 10 trailer from another show, as she briefly appeared on American Idol season 19 in 2021. Camille's audition impressed judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie, but she was eliminated during the two-night Showstopper round. After she returned home from American Idol, Camille rejoined the sea world and worked aboard a yacht in the Virgin Islands, but she has continued to post original songs and covers on Instagram.

Camille Lamb's Close-Knit Family Are Maritime Merchants

Like fan favorite Below Deck chief stew Daisy Kelliher, Camille is a natural yachtie who was born into an experienced family. Self-described as a 5th generation seafarer, Camille frequently posts photos and videos of her parents, siblings, and nephew. Although Camille doesn't appear to see her family often due to her profession, it's clear that they are supportive of one another. When Camille isn't busy traveling, in fact, she can be found relaxing in her home state, Mississippi.

Camille Lamb Has Worked Across The United States

Although Camille's official bio on Bravo states that she's been sailing since childhood, it wasn't until after her stint on American Idol that she became fully immersed in yachting. Since her first charter season in the Virgin Islands, Camille has worked on boats off the coasts of California and Florida, with her latest Instagram activity showing her based in Ft. Lauderdale. In addition, like chief stew Aesha Scott, Camille is never in one place for long, and has visited locations including the Grand Canyon, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. While Camille's resume isn't extensive, it will be interesting to see her juggle two departments on Below Deck.
