McFarlane Shows Off Punk Eleven & More Figures at Toy Fair 2018

McFarlane Toys displayed Stranger Things, The Walking Dead, Star Trek and Star Trek Discovery, Five Nights at Freddy's, and Spawn figures at the North American International Toy Fair 2018.

This year's Toy Fair officially kicked off in New York City this weekend, and plenty of high profile toy manufacturers teased what they planned to showcase at the annual event. Funko revealed their Toy Fair lineup ahead of the official show, while Hasbro teased Marvel Legends figures, some Avengers: Infinity War tie-in toys, and part of the upcoming line for Solo: A Star Wars Story. McFarlane also has a presence at Toy Fair 2018, where they displayed lines of toys - including some already in stores and others that will roll out over the course of this year - from some major TV and upcoming film properties.

Screen Rant attended the first day of Toy Fair 2018 and paid a visit to the McFarlane Toys booth where we got a look at some cool figures from Stranger Things, The Walking Dead and other properties. Among the most interesting things we saw were the upcoming Punk Eleven figure (set to hit stores this summer) from Stranger Things, a phaser toy from Star Trek Discovery, and deluxe figures of fan-favorite The Walking Dead characters. Take a look at images of the figures in the gallery below.

McFarlane also showed off figures and toy sets from Spawn and Five Nights at Freddy's, both properties of which are currently being developed for film. Blumhouse - the production company behind horror hits Get Out and Happy Death Day - recently tapped a director for the Five Nights at Freddy's film, recruiting Harry Potter helmer Chris Columbus. Though the film has not yet been given a release date, fans of the property can take heart that the big screen iteration is taking major steps forward. As for the McFarlane Five Nights at Freddy's figure sets, they're based on the characters as they appeared in the games.

Similarly, McFarlane's Spawn figures are not rendered based on how the character will appear in the upcoming movie, though McFarlane will likely create figures based on the film once a character design is available. Spawn creator Todd McFarlane - who, of course, also founded McFarlane Toys - wrote and is set to direct the upcoming live-action reboot of the character, also for Blumhouse. Recent reports indicated McFarlane is meeting with actors to star as Al Simmons aka. Spawn in the film. At Toy Fair, McFarlane Toys displayed two different Spawn figures that are currently available in stores.

Toy Fair continues through February 20th, stay tuned to Screen Rant for more updates on the big reveals as well as looks at various figures and products from the show!
