It is not abnormal for reality TV stars to promote items, but fans of My Big Fat Fabulous Life feel Whitney Way Thore is taking her ads to another level. The dancer has always been open about what products she is hawking, but followers think as of late, she has really upped her game when it comes to monetizing her brand.

The Greensboro native and dancer has always been a bit out of the box when it came to her quirky personality. Whitney openly chats about her sexual escapades and multiple crushes, which often leaves fans feeling she is genuine. Thanks to her open-minded qualities, Whitney has been able to share in-depth plans for hopefully finally finding her perfect man. Whitney is currently dating a mystery man from France who she presumably doesn't get to see often. With borders opening up again, it would make sense that Whitney would want to try and make as much money as she can in hopes of saving for a plane ticket to see her mystery man.

Whitney's recent post took the cake as she shared an ad for an intimate toy that quite frankly looked like a 1970s diaphragm. While many of her followers were supportive, some revealed that they were "prudes" who would rather have a "cup of tea." Not every follower of Whitney's is pleased she is working for companies like this in her spare time, with one fan even noting she made a deal with the "devil." Another troll wrote, "When your ratings stink, sell "toys." Makes sense." Whitney eventually turned off the comments section on her post.

When Whitney posts about an item, she usually has a discount tagged along with it. The MBFFL star is hoping that the incentive will lure more customers in. As of late, Whitney has been posting a lot more ads than updates on her life. Viewers would like to know more about the French man she is dating since she is now sporting a ring he gave her. In the end, followers want to be able to visit Whitney's Instagram page to support her, not a line of toys she is trying to upsell.

TLC has yet to confirm a new season of My Big Fat Fabulous Life. Last season ended with Whitney in the airport after deciding to go visit her boyfriend in Paris. More than ever, fans want to see how her relationship is going and where she stands today. Hopefully, once a new season is greenlit, Whitney will pull back on her ads.
