Fans are torn between several big celebrities when it comes to who is Taco on The Masked Singer. When the clues are laid out however it becomes pretty clear who is hiding behind our favorite Tuesday food.

Taco was one of the new contestants introduced in group B on last week's The Masked Singer. Prior to the show, there was almost nothing to go on except the costume itself, which isn't much help because who doesn't love tacos. Taco startled everyone with his crooner style when he launched into "Fly Me To The Moon" By Frank Sinatra. The voice alone many found recognizable and immediately began putting together with the clues given. Due to a stack of VHS tapes and a trolley car panelists and many fans thought of Bob Sagat who hosted America's Funniest Home Videos, later called AFV and starred in Full House which was set in San Fransico, a city famous for its trolley cars.

Others picked up on the phrases that Taco used like “To enchiladas and beyond!” and when he stated he hoped to be the last mask standing. These pointed some to Home Improvement star Tim Allen whose Buzz Lightyear character's catchphrase is "To infinity and beyond!" and also was the star of Last Man Standing. But many fans of the Toy Story actor didn't believe they heard his voice in the performance. So that leaves Sagat, however, there is one glaring problem with that guess. Taco was visibly a little shorter than host Nick Cannon. At 6'4" tall, Sagat would tower over Cannon. This seems to make this guess equally as unlikely. So if it isn't either of these actors, then who is Taco? Well, this post social media post from Dancing with the Stars  host Tom Bergeron might be a clue. Tom tweeted a picture of himself wearing a "Tom's Tacos" apron, check out the post below:

The other clues all line up pretty well too. Bergeron went on to host AFV after Sagat, so the stack of videos fits him for the same reasons. What about that trolley car? Well providing both a link to the clue and proof that he can sing, is the fact that Bergeron recently recorded a song called "Some Things I Don't Understand" for the Mister Rogers tribute album. If those clues aren't enough, it might help to learn that Bergeron would is in fact a decent amount shorter than Cannon just like Taco. And if that doesn't push you over the edge, many fans will tell you to simply listen to the voice. His voice is pretty distinct and many feel it is enough on its own to convince them that Tom Bergeron is Taco.

Whether you support the Bergeron prediction or are still in camp Sagat or Allen, the new clue package this week should help add clarity. The fact that everyone feels so strongly that different celebrities are hiding under those masks is half the fun. Hopefully, Taco will manage to pull off another great performance this week and stick around long enough to give fans all the clues they need figure out who he is. If not, at least we know he's still got his day job over at Dancing With the Stars.
