Now that T-Rex has made it to The Masked Singer group C championship round, the competition has gotten even more fierce and fans are even more determined to figure out who is under that mask. Who is T-Rex and which guesses do the clues support?
Some people seem to think Liza Koshy fits the clues but we're sticking with the previous prediction of JoJo Siwa. While some new red herring clues definitely seem intended to get fans off JoJo's tail by pointing at Koshy. They still also fit JoJo, if fans dig a bit deeper. And there is one big glaring problem with Koshy as a prediction - she is just not tall enough to be T-Rex. In the past two weeks, fans have gotten to see T-Rex next to host Nick Cannon. It's clear she is pretty tall. Koshy, while she does fit a few of the clues well, is only five feet tall. She would be one of the shortest contestants we've seen and that doesn't fit with T-Rex.
Luckily this week's clues still fit YouTube star JoJo Siwa. The first two clues shown were a pink globe and a birthday hat. Siwa filmed a special for Nickelodeon leading up to her 16th birthday. Most recently her D.R.E.A.M. tour is a global tour that began in 2019 and into 2020. She spoke again of T-Rex island which fit well her time on Dance Moms but she said that after the explosion only singles and doubles of them were left. The double clue along with a later double dare mention sent many thinking this could mean Double Dare host Koshy. The clue also still fits with Dance Moms as the most successful members of the cast like Maddie Ziegler were the ones doing solos and duets.
The final clue was her desire to diversify. This could not fit the singer, dance, Youtube star more. The clues from last week's package all pointed to Siwa as well. The first clue was about T-Rex starting young, which fits Siwa of course. Next, the directions "N" and "W" were circled. Fans of the YouTuber, as well as fans of Keeping up with the Kardashians, know that she appeared on the show with Kim Kardashian's daughter North West. She talked next about being discovered and the 16-year-old star was first discovered when she appeared on Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition.
T-Rex went on to talk about being plucked from obscurity to a magical place full of creatures pirouetting, all similar in looks strength and skill. This was a clear reference to her appearance on the dance competition show leading to a two-year stint on the popular reality show Dance Moms. Another clue that pointed to both Koshy and Siwa was a U that signified success as a YouTuber. However, we are still firmly convinced that T-Rex is dancer-turned-YouTuber JoJo Siwa. She even showed off some of her dance moves before she sang in her performance.
