Harp is already a top contender for The Masked Singer season 8, as their strong vocals are showcased in a new teaser for the premiere. Fans briefly heard Harp's voice in an earlier trailer and automatically matched the sound to Glee actress Amber Riley. While they'll still have to tune into The Masked Singer to know for sure, many of her fans are positive their idol is the one behind the golden costume. One celebrity who will not be appearing on The Masked Singer, despite fan theories, is Tom Brady. The NFL player announced on social media that the rumors were false.

Luckily, The Masked Singer fans moved on from their disappointment fast when the show announced a new format. The season will have two eliminations per episode instead of the typical one per episode. It will also incorporate theme nights like The Muppets night, Vegas night and Andrew Lloyd Webber night. The composer's Phantom of The Opera recently announced its closure after over 30 years on Broadway, and it's unclear if this was known during filming of The Masked Singer and if the musical will be commemorated during the season. According to several trailers for The Masked Singer season 8, panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong and Nicole Scherzinger will all dress up for the theme nights.

The clip was shared on YouTube by The Masked Central and features Harp's performance of "Perfect" by Pink. Immediately upon singing, the panelists were already blown away, with Jenny's mouth dropping in shock at Harp's vocal talent. The live studio audience also seemed to be enjoying the performance as they sang along in their seats. By the end of the performance, Nicole stood with her hands over her chest in amazement.

"She's gonna win!" one fan commented, while a few others continued their theories that the Glee actress is behind the costume. The Masked Singer has been releasing all the costumes for the season in recent weeks, including Fortune Teller, Milkshake and Avocado. Fans are particularly excited about Mummies and Lambs. These costumes includes three contestants, which has sent fans guessing about which boy and girl band could be hiding behind the masks.
