The Group B finals for The Masked Singer are over, leaving Banana, Frog and Kitty to move on to the final nine in the competition, joining Kangaroo, Turtle and White Tiger. As fans said farewell to famed television personality Tom Bergeron, formerly known as the Taco, resident judge Robin Thicke may have accidentally shared who's going home next.

Fox's popular music competition show, The Masked Singer, has taken audiences by storm with masked celebrity performances. The unidentified celebrities go head-to-head in a singing competition in an attempt to keep their identity hidden as long as possible and obtain the winning trophy. Each week, the performer with the lowest amount of votes from the attending audience, is eliminated and has to reveal their identity. Resident judges Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, Robin Thicke and Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg add the fun aspect of sharing their guesses while host Nick Cannon helps keep the show going. The biggest, and possibly hardest challenge is keeping the singers identities hidden.

Extensive security measures are put in place to make sure the reveals are a surprise. From the time the stars walk on set they are masked and all wear apparel with the line "Don't talk to me" in bold letters. For two seasons this protocol has worked. But has human error of one Grammy nominated singer broke this thought to be solid proof security system? It hasn't been completely proven, but it seems Robin Thicke may have accidentally revealed who's going home next (via Good House Keeping). After last week's elimination of the Taco, Robin posted a tweet thanking the Dancing with the Stars host, "I'm in a DARK SPOT after #BananaMask's elimination...did the audience do the ripe thing? Either way wow what a treat to have @Tom_Bergeron on the show! #MaskedSinger".

Masked Singer Season 3 Banana

The "Blurred Lines" singer opened the gates to the pun train and received mass a peel with that Banana tweet. Fans immediately responded correcting the star. One Twitter user tweeted "Hahahahaah TACO, Robin! Not Banana!!!" While another user was completely confused, "Isn't he [Tom Bergeron] the taco?! I'm so confused Robin!" That Twitter user probably speaks for most.

Considering the episodes are pre-taped, did Robin accidentally reveal that Banana will get eliminated before the finale? Did Robin secretly want the Banana to go home? Or was Robin just eager to use that banana pun? Either way, the only sure way to find out is to keep watching. The Group C singers are up for the next couple of episodes. Hopefully the banana doesn't slip up before then.
