Marvel's Midnight Suns DLC will add new heroes, along with a number of other benefits and aesthetic options for the player's team. These DLC characters include some of the most famous heroes and villains of the Marvel Comics franchise, who can aid in the fight against Lillith, the Mother of Demons.
Marvel's Midnight Suns is an upcoming tactical RPG that brings together Marvel heroes and villains, as they face off against a supernatural threat to the world. Lilith has been summoned to Earth from the underworld and has made a dark pact with Hydra, giving her the forces needed to wrest control of Earth's magic. The player takes on the role of a brand-new hero, known as The Hunter, who they can customize to their liking. Doctor Strange gathers a team of heroes to face off against Lilith, who has begun to use her magic to take control of supervillains and make them part of her ever-growing army.
Marvel's Midnight Suns has many playable characters, including the likes of Doctor Strange, Wolverine, Captain America, Iron Man, and Ghost Rider all being playable. The player can add more characters to their team, by purchasing the Marvel's Midnight Suns Season Pass, which is detailed on the official Marvel's Midnight Suns website. The game will receive four post-launch DLC packs, which will be all included in the Season Pass, or can be purchased individually once they become available. The Legendary Edition of Marvel's Midnight Suns comes with the Season Pass, however, so players already set on getting the DLC may want to upgrade to save the hassle of a separate purchase.
Marvel's Midnight Suns Season Pass Includes New Characters, Skins, & More
The Marvel's Midnight Suns' supernatural character roster will be boosted by four additional characters, who will be the focus of the four DLC packs. Each DLC pack comes with new story missions, upgrades for the Abbey base, and new skins and outfits. The Season Pass also grants access to the Legendary Premium Pack, which contains 23 premium skins. The DLC packs will be released throughout 2023, but the Legendary Premium Pack will be available at launch.

Marvel's Midnight Suns is saving some of the best characters for the DLC, with Deadpool, Venom, and Storm all being popular Marvel characters. Even Morbius has benefited from a meme-filled rise in popularity following his ill-fated movie starring Jared Leto. Deadpool made his pitch for Marvel's Midnight Suns in the past and it was clear he was going to be part of the game in some capacity. It's currently unclear how many missions, upgrades, skins, and outfits will be added with each character, and the Marvel's Midnight Suns Season Pass is currently being sold on the strength of its new characters alone.
