In keeping with the spirit that Black Widow is all about speed, her best skill is one that she initially starts with, which is her Widow's Line. A great combo to jump into the fray is to use her Widow's Line skill to quickly get into the weaker enemies and pummel them to thin the crowds. Following up with the Widow's Line is another story. The attack brings her to her opponent, which is what players want. Having a skill that creates that first line of combos afterward is what matters, and the Spider Sweep does this incredibly well. Not only does the Spider Sweep have a block break, but on lesser enemies, it can mean easy and quick attacks that quickly dispatch enemies. If playing with her guns is more appealing, Rain Maker, Ammo Overload, and Extended Clip are must-haves due to the increase in the clip sizes for the guns. For her Heroic Specialty Skills, putting points into the Intrinsic Abilities is never a bad idea. Before putting points into the Intrinsic Tree, put a couple of points into the Ultimate Heroic Ability side to get to Maelstrom to put her years of training to good use. Using the Ultimate ability is not a fantastic ability until Maelstrom comes into play since it can interrupts attacks. Not having Maelstrom can make using the Ultimate feel like a waste because Black Widow is still susceptible to getting hit and disrupted herself.
