Kevin Feige will be on hand to promote upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe releases next week during CCXP 2019. This year, the MCU concluded their Infinity Saga, punctuated by the record-breaking success of Avengers: Endgame. Though the franchise has closed the book on its first era, they're showing no signs of slowing down. At their Hall H panel during San Diego Comic-Con this year, Marvel officially announced their Phase 4 slate, which consists of multiple feature films, as well as TV shows for Disney+. The studio's even in the earliest stages of putting together Phase 5, slating Black Panther 2 for a May 2022 release.

Marvel's kept themselves busy generating buzz for what's on the schedule. In addition to the aforementioned Comic-Con panel, the MCU had a sizable presence during the 2019 D23 Expo in August, where they unveiled Eternals concept art, confirmed even more Disney+ TV shows, and announced new cast members (among several other reveals). One would imagine after all that, Marvel would be inclined to take the rest of the year off, but the ever-busy Feige will still be running the hype machine into December.

According to omelete on Twitter, Feige will attend next week's CCXP in Brazil, where he'll discuss the MCU's future. Take a look at the post in the space below:

CCXP has emerged as a prominent venue for studios recently. Just last year, the likes of Shazam, Captain Marvel, and Spider-Man: Far From Home were showcased there, screening footage to get fans excited about what's in store. Marvel won't be alone at the 2019 edition of the convention, as it was previously announced DC will be on hand with a Birds of Prey panel. Judging by the MCU's lineup, it'd be reasonable to assume Black Widow will be a primary focus of their presentation, since that movie is first out of the gates in May 2020. It's highly possible the film's first trailer will debut at CCXP, ahead of an official release so it can be attached to screenings of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. There may also be some teases for Eternals and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, as those projects also release next year.

It'll be interesting to see if Feige keeps attention on the immediate present (i.e. Phase 4), or is willing to provide hints about what's further down the line. At Comic-Con, he did tease new movies for X-Men and the Fantastic Four were in the works, following Disney's purchase of 20th Century Fox. Fans are understandably eager to see those characters join the MCU in some capacity, but any announcements will depend on how far along those films are in development. Regardless, CCXP should be an exciting event to keep track of.
