The Marvel Cinematic Universe has a lot of superheroes, but here's every hero that has been teased who hasn't appeared yet. At its inception, the MCU was built around the original six Avengers. Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and Hulk got solo movies prior to The Avengers, while Black Widow and Hawkeye made appearances in other films before the team-up. They were the foundation of the MCU for a decade, but most of their stories are done after Avengers: Endgame.

Throughout the past three Phases of the MCU though, Marvel Studios has introduced many other heroes who have gone on to play important roles. Spider-Man, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Guardians of the Galaxy, Doctor Strange, and Ant-Man have all had at least one solo film during this time. Meanwhile, characters like Falcon, Scarlet Witch, Vision, and Valkyrie have received prominent supporting roles. For some, they'll soon be elevated to starring characters themselves thanks to a variety of MCU Disney+ shows in-development.

Marvel's Phase 4 and beyond will continue focusing on some of the newer and/or supporting heroes, but it will also introduce many others. Shang-Chi and Blade have solo movies in-development, as does the cosmic group known as Eternals, and Disney+ will help introduce She-Hulk, Moon Knight, Kate Bishop, and even more. None of this accounts for the MCU's eventual introduction of the Fantastic Four and X-Men. However, with 23 movies released, Marvel Studios has also teased multiple heroes from Marvel's vast comic history who have yet to make their MCU debuts.

Miles Morales

Miles Morales swing through New York City in Marvel Comics.

Miles Morales is still a relatively new comic character, but the MCU has already teased his existence. Donald Glover played Miles' uncle Aaron Davis in Spider-Man: Homecoming and that alone helps set up how Miles can be introduced. Davis mentions that he has a nephew and he is referring to Miles, even though he doesn't mention him by name. A deleted scene from Homecoming included Davis calling Miles on the phone to confirm this. With Tom Holland's Peter Parker still early on in his superhero career, there is no telling when Miles will get a chance to make his MCU debut. But it might be sooner than later thanks to his budding popularity with Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and video games.

Adam Warlock

Adam Warlock has been teased a few times in the MCU in some capacity. A cocoon-like transformation pod resembling his from the comics appeared in Thor: The Dark World's post-credits, but Marvel waited until Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 to properly set up Adam's inclusion. One of the sequel's five post-credits scenes included Ayesha created Adam in a new birthing bod to create a being capable of killing the Guardians. Director James Gunn has since teased that Adam Warlock could be in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, but he is not confirmed to make his long-awaited debut yet.

The Original Human Torch

Captain America the original human torch on display

Most are familiar with the Fantastic Four's Human Torch and are awaiting his debut now that Disney acquired Fox, but the MCU has already teased the original and android Human Torch. He is one of the first Marvel characters ever created, first appearing in Marvel Comics #1 in 1939, and was teased as part of the MCU in Captain America: The First Avenger. When Steve Rogers visits the Stark Expo, the synthetic body of the Human Torch can be seen. The display above the Human Torch case reads "Dr. Phineas Horton Presents: The Synthetic Man," with Horton the creator of Human Torch in the comics. Although it's unclear if or when Human Torch will appear in the MCU, he was part of Captain America's Invaders team back in the day.

Captain Britain

The MCU appears to have also recently teased the addition of Brian Braddock aka Captain Britain. During Avengers: Endgame, Peggy Carter references a SHIELD agent named Braddock in 1970. Since Brian isn't specifically mentioned, it is possible this is a reference to his father. Even then, the existence of Brian's father in the 1970s sets up Brian being alive in the present day and ready to be a prominent UK superhero. In either case, when Captain Britain will make his actual MCU debut remains to be seen, as he does not have a lead or supporting role officially lined up.

Beta Ray Bill

Beta Ray Bill, the fan-favorite cosmic character, was teased to exist in the MCU during Thor: Ragnarok. A quick moment in the movie showed past Champions of Sakarr before Hulk, and one of them is clearly a Korbonite and most likely Beta Ray Bill. He is a successor to Thor in the comics who becomes the rightful wielder of Stormbreaker. After this tease in Ragnarok, rumors have persisted that Beta Ray Bill's MCU debut could make his debut in Thor: Love and Thunder.

Man-Thing

In the same moment of Thor: Ragnarok that set up Beta Ray Bill, the MCU also teased Man-Thing's existence. The guardian of the Nexus of All Realities can be seen on the statue of previous Sakarr Champions. It is unknown how Theodore Sallis got to Sakarr and how long ago he was a Champion, but that could be answered if he gets a proper role in a future MCU project. So far, Man-Thing's MCU debut is unannounced, although he could fit well with mystical/horror properties like Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness or Blade.

Ares

Thor: Ragnarok possibly teased one more Marvel hero who could come to the MCU soon: Ares. Based on the Olympian god of war, Marvel's version of Ares appears to be another former Champion of Sakarr. Given his mastery of combat, Ares is easily believable as a prior Champion. As long as he didn't die in combat during the Grandmaster's game, Ares could appear in a future MCU project still.

Namor

Namor has repeatedly been teased in the MCU thanks to his homeworld of Atlantis. The underwater city was teased in Captain America: The First Avenger and Iron Man 2, while another reference to Namor's mythology came in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. More recently, the tease of an underwater earthquake in Avengers: Endgame led many to believe Namor could be active during this time, but this wasn't an intentional piece of set up. Due to Namor's complicated rights with Universal, it is unlikely he'll star in a solo movie anytime soon, but he could appear as a supporting character in several Phase 4 movies.

Nova

Nova Marvel Comics

The MCU has also mildly teased the introduction of Nova, one of their greatest cosmic heroes. Although Richard Rider hasn't been mentioned by name, the Nova Corps were introduced in Guardians of the Galaxy. The movie also featured the debut of Rhomann Dey (John C. Reilly), who transfers his powers as he is dying to Rider to make him Nova in the comics. The Nova Corps are quite different in the MCU compared to the comics, but Rider (or other versions of Nova) can't be introduced without them existing first. In fact, Avengers: Infinity War set up the perfect Nova origin with Thanos wrecking Xandar and the Nova Corps off-screen. Kevin Feige has said he has "immediate potential" to join the MCU too, so Nova could be introduced sooner than later.

Moondragon

Moondragon from the Guardians of the Galaxy

Moondragon has also slyly been set up in the MCU. In the comics, Heather Douglas aka Moondragon is the daughter of Arthur Douglas aka Drax the Destroyer. The MCU changed Drax's backstory substantially, but he has confirmed that he used to have a daughter. The comics explained that Heather didn't die as Drax believed, was rescued by Thanos' father, and learned to control psychic powers. Due to how much Drax has been changed in the MCU, Moondragon's origin could be altered as well. But, as long as Marvel keeps her connection to Drax, then she already exists and just needs to make her debut.

JOCASTA

Jocasta in Age of Ultron

The robotic villain turned hero Jocasta has been teased in the MCU as well. Jocasta is a robot created by Ultron in the comics who eventually turns against her creator to be a hero, as she even served as an Avenger in the comics. For the purposes of the MCU though, Jocasta is another creation of Tony Stark. When he searches for a new AI during Avengers: Age of Ultron after Ultron defects and Jarvis becomes Vision, a program named Jocasta can be seen. However, Tony chooses Friday instead and could mean Jocasta is never booted up in the MCU.

Amadeus Cho

Marvel Studios has set up the inclusion of Amadeus Cho aka Totally Awesome Hulk in the MCU too. Cho's mother Helen was featured as the Avengers' lead doctor in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Her appearance made no mention of Amadeus being alive, but that doesn't mean he hasn't been born yet. And, with the MCU set to introduce more versions of Hulk in the near future, it might not be too long before Amadeus joins the fray.

Brother Voodoo

Brother Voodoo looks on as snakes crawl on his arms in Marvel Comics.

Jericho Drumm aka Brother Voodoo has also been teased to exist in the MCU thanks to a relative. His brother Daniel Drumm was featured in Doctor Strange and died at the hands of Kaecilius. This quick role for Daniel left no room for Jericho to be mentioned, but his death could bring him into the picture soon. He will reportedly be featured in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, so his MCU debut could be just around the corner.
