While the premiere of Married at First Sight season 11 just aired, cast member Brett has already provided some cringeworthy moments. These moments have raised speculation about his motives.

Season 10 of Married at First Sight provided some jaw-dropping moments, thanks to Brandon and Katie's explosive behavior, Michael's compulsive lying and Zach and Mindy's early separation. Fortunately, the season had one lasting MAFS married couple, who give viewers hope that the social experiment can be successful.  The season 11 Matchmaking Special showed promise, due to the experts' picks for the New Orleans cast. All have stated their desire to be married and why. However, as seen in previous seasons, actions speak louder than words. This season, participant Brett is displaying questionable, often cringe-worthy behavior.

In the Married at First Sight Matchmaking special, Brett introduced the world to his eye-opening confidence. After admitting to dating 45 women in the past few years, the 35-year-old referenced his looks. He gloated about himself on several occasions: "I'm really attractive so I'm confident that it will be fine," he reassured expert MAFS expert Dr. Viviana Coles when asked about possible troubles with intimacy during the show. Unfortunately, that was only a brief introduction to the Louisiana native.

While shopping for his tuxedo, Brett introduced us to what may be his signature move... a wink paired with a hand gesture. The day before the wedding, he does the gesture combination as he flirts with a waitress. "Oh my god, she's the best," says Brett, pairing the remark with a wink and the "call me" hand gesture. The awkward flirting didn't end there; he later asked Bennett if his sister was single... and followed up with a loud belch. Next, he's shown forcibly squeezing in next to Henry's friend Kristen. Brett is a Married at First Sight cast member who makes her so uncomfortable that she gets up and leaves. Was it mentioned that this happened the day before his wedding?

Brett's flirting is linked to his vanity. When discussing the importance of physical attraction with the other MAFS groomsmen, he makes it clear looks are very important and shuts down the idea that his looks could be unappealing to anyone. When approached with the idea his wife could not be physically attracted to him, he remarks: "She'd be crazy not to be attracted to me".

Although Brett says he wants a wife, his actions tell a different story. Flirting and inappropriate comments the day before his wedding make it hard to believe he's ready for marriage. For the sake of Olivia, himself, and all who 's stomachs flipped while watching, let's hope Brett achieves some personal growth...and makes a drastic change after the wedding. Married at First Sight season 11 airs Wednesdays at 8 pm EST on The Lifetime Channel.
