Lifetime Channel's  Married at First Sight is gearing up for their season 10 "Decision Day." The couples prepare to decide if they will divorce or stay married after only spending eight weeks together. Of the five couples, Austin and Jess seemed a perfect match, having fewer problems compared to the other couples. In an exclusive teaser, Austin and Jess are shown having a big fight, raising questions about whether they will stay together or not.

With marrying someone without seeing or speaking to them beforehand it is expected an array of problems will arise, which Married at First Sight has shown with its drama-filled episodes. They have also shown the heartwarming occasional instance when couples are a good match and stay together. Season 10's couple, Austin and Jess have so far proven to be a success for the shows' relationship experts, appearing to be in it for the long run. The two have had their disagreements but nothing compared to Katie's explosive temper towards Derek or Brandon's refusal to be open with Taylor in front of the cameras. Unfortunately, the smooth sailing of their relationship appears to have come to a halt.

Jess has been vocal about two concerns she has with her relationship with Austin, his failure to say "I love you" and his weekly required travel for work. Her repeated petulance about her concerns, specifically his work travel has moved Austin to open up about how it makes him feel in the exclusive teaser below.

Austin has reached a breaking point, elaborating on his frustration with Jess and the inferred lack of support for his work. Network engineer, Austin says: "I've talked about this with you before where yea it's my job and I...it doesn't feel I don't feel supportive of it I guess when I've talked about it in the past how it was such a big thing for me to change careers and it was an accomplishment in my life, and something that took a lot of time and effort." Jess, responds defensively, sharing she never said that. She tells her new husband, "The problem is for me is that like I don't know why that you're like trying to belittle my feelings. I like you staying home and I want to, you know, to continue to get to know you and so I am saddened that you will be leaving."

Decision day on Lifetime's Married at First Sight is around the corner and picture-perfect couple Austin and Jess are feeling the pressure. Austin's work is a non-negotiable for a variety of reasons. Instead of focusing on finding a solution to how they can make their relationship work Jess feels she's being belittled. Their problems may not have been as dramatic as the other couples, but they will be influential factors in their decision, making it difficult to predict whether they will stay together or divorce.
