Henry and Christina have had a tumultuous go at marriage during Married at First Sight season 11, and the jury is still out on whether this couple will stay together on decision day, or even make it that far. In a Screen Rant exclusive clip, Henry and Christina discuss what efforts need to be made on both sides to get their relationship on track and out of the friend zone.

On their wedding day, Christina and Henry's initial meeting was awkward at best, but that was expected given the radical context of their wedding day. However, things never really took off from that point and the couple's lack of chemistry and compatibility became more and more palpable in every scene. Christina, a flight attendant with a passion for travel and adventure, wants the shy and reserved Henry to be more like her alpha male ex-boyfriends. Henry, on the other hand, is perfectly fine with who he is, even if he can be a bit boring at times. Despite multiple attempts to meet in the middle, Christina's impatience and Henry being stuck in his ways constantly lands the newlyweds in fiery arguments.

In a Screen Rant exclusive clip, Henry and Christina reminisce over their wedding day and the hope they held for their relationship. A romantic indoor picnic fueled by a glass of wine prompted their heartfelt discussion. After pointing out how quickly the show's process flies by, Henry admits that he's different than Christina's ex-boyfriends, but doesn't want her to view that fact as a hindrance to their growth. "I think Henry is right. He's definitely shown me things that I didn't realize that I liked in a significant other," Christina said in a video diary. "It's time to stop comparing Henry to my ex-boyfriends."

Throughout the season, Christina has made many references to how quickly her ex-boyfriends made the first move or took on the role of pursuer, leaving her expectant of Henry to do the same. While Henry usually brushes off these remarks, he has always asserted that Christina shouldn't view his timidity as weakness or lack of interest.

Now that the couples are more than halfway through the Married at First Sight process, they are all beginning to tighten up ship and dive deep into their relationships to see if forever lasting love is a possibility. Given their history, Henry and Christina aren't a match made in heaven, but this honest chat could be the breakthrough the couple needed to finally open up to one another.
