Jessica and Austin's season was centered around couples living in the Washington D.C. region. One reason why Jessica and Austin's relationship worked was the fact that they both wanted to settle down. They were on the same page from day one.
While other Married At First Sight season 10 cast members were dealing with scandals, Jessica and Austin were building the foundation for a long-lasting marriage. Austin and Jessica recently made headlines when they announced that they are expecting a child. The Married At First Sight stars spoke with People about their pregnancy news. They explained that "We both knew we wanted to be parents when we met but wanted to wait for the time to be right." Jessica shared that now is the perfect time for her and Austin to have a child because they have worked out the kinks in their marriage that they discussed on Couples Cam. Jessica said, "Now that we have been married for almost two years and are a little more settled with a house, we are as ready as we can be." Although it's early for the husband and wife to share too much about their incoming baby, Jessica and Austin revealed more information about their pregnancy on their social media.

On his Instagram, Austin's announcement post shared that he and Jessica knew that they wanted to have a child together, "From the moment we said I do." Jessica's comment under Austin's photo was especially revealing. Jessica responded, "Yayyyy can't wait for November," allowing their fans to have a more precise picture of when they can expect to meet the couple's child. Jessica also referred to their autumn baby as, "Baby H."
