Brandon and Taylor's tumultuous marriage came to an end on Decision Day but their explosive fighting didn't stop when the Married at First Sight cameras did. In fact, it hit a boiling point causing them both to get arrested and appear in court.

After Brandon and Taylor's wedding day the hopefulness of an everlasting love began to quickly fade away. Brandon's unwillingness to communicate and aggressive behavior led to several unpleasant confrontations between his wife and the Married at First Sight producers. Although, Brandon's wrongdoings transcended in the relationship Taylor was not without fault. An Instagram post stating specific details of what she's looking for in a man, an overnight stay at a hotel, and her repeated inability to admit when she is wrong contributed to the failure of their marriage. Matters were only heightened with Brandon's struggles to deal with being filmed. While Brandon shared in an off-camera conversation with his wife that he thought things would be better once filming was over, Taylor concluded otherwise and decided to get a divorce. The finality of the divorce appeared to be a clear indicator these two would go their separate ways but their journey together only intensified.

On the season 10 finale of Married at First Sight, Taylor provided a detailed account of what happened between her and Brandon over the last five months after filming ended. The former couple's already intense fighting escalated at a Washington, D.C. bar where Taylor says Brandon used to work. She further claims Brandon stated he would never return to the bar again, thus deciding to bring a male friend, someone she reveals to be dating now, to the location to have drinks. To Taylor's supposed surprise Brandon was at the bar and soon after an argument ensued. Taylor alleges Brandon approached her and her friend and when they tried to leave Brandon followed her. On the other hand, Brandon stated in the court filings Taylor was the aggressor, initiating physical harm which he goes on to state he has photos as proof. With each declaring the other approached them first and was the aggressor it is unclear who is at fault. The police felt the same way and as a result both were arrested.

Their arrest led to them spending at least a day in jail and each filing a protective order against one another. Unfortunately, the dramatics did not stop there as they were required to go to court. Cast members Meka, Michael, Mindy, and Katie were all apart of the two-day trial which resulted in both restraining orders being granted. They are prevented from any form of communication amongst each other, including through a third party, and from being within a certain distance of one another.

Brandon and Taylor's relationship took an unfortunate and unexpected turn for the worse, possibly one of the worst in Married at First Sight history. Though it is unclear who is to blame in the incident at the bar both have consistently shown faults throughout their marriage. While Brandon's explosive behavior is inexcusable, Taylor's negligence should not be overlooked either. Sadly, the experts got it wrong with Brandon and Taylor as they have proved they are not compatible.
